Had a Gel X set on Wednesday afternoon by the next morning 6 had lifted. Went back for them to redo and a few hours later another nail had lifted. They rush to hurry and get you in and out. This place is the worst.. I came in for a manicure pedicure with the wax paraffin. For whatever reason before they did the wax, they heavy oiled my feet that is not good. THE WORST manicure ever. I am worse than disappointed; I am angry. I chose Ava because it had a good rating on Google. I overlooked that the pedicure technician was rude to me and then left my entire hands soaking in acetone for 40 minutes. I didn't complain when the cream-colored nail powder did not match the pink example that I chose. I accepted that UV light is not required to harden the polish. Within 4 days, 1 nail split across the middle and the gloss began to fade from all the nails. Within a week, the bottom half of the polish fell off 2 nails. Less than 2 weeks later, 5 of my nails have ripped off. TERRIBLE materials and poor application. The regular polish on my toenails is in good condition, even after lots of activity. NEVER EVER get nail dip here. read more

He and his wife Jen are from nail shop to nail shop with their nasty attitudes. He was just plain out rude. I went for a manicure and pedicure. Poor quality; ridiculous pricing. I went here in Nov. 2024 for an eyebrow wax ($12), and a full gel set ($50). I had previously gone here that same August, for the same services with a total of $76 (tip included). There is no service menu WITH pricing available online; only available to customers in store. I left paying $93 for nails that came off TWO DAYS after my appointment. I felt ripped off, paying a higher price than last time, and for such a poor service (nails came off two days later). I went back and explained the situation, and read the services menu--they redid only the ones that came off. Three days later more came off. Went here for eyebrows, a full set and pedicure! They both looked great but the two of my nails were coming up in less then a weeks time. Went out of the country so when I came back I called them. They refused to fix without me paying because it was over a week even though I said I could provide proof of travel! This is disappointing considering all the money I have spent here! I use to love going here when Nancy did my nails. I asked for a simple fill-in. The guy who was doing my nails did not pay attention to what I asked for. I just asked for an outline color on my nails. He put more polish on some nails than others. The color was not correct. No longer the place for me. Went there for a while, but it's very expensive for basic services. Nails were very thick. One broke off after a week, taking a chunk of my own skin off. Not well versed on designs, air brush, etc. Would nick me 4-5 times every time I went because they were too busy looking at who was coming in instead of looking at where the drill was going.
