I talked to Josh on the phone to request generic and he said if I'd come in they'd fill his prescription right away as I needed to bring my insurance card. When we discovered my card was still at home, Josh went out of his way to get insurance info including calling multiple people and even our hometown pharmacy to get son's insurance worked out. Great people service, probably the best service we've received in Missouri. Bill and front service manager were great too. Son was the hero when he got to bring lollipops home for his siblings too. (Nov. 15th, in the afternoon) He came out into the store and helped me find everything I was looking for (all sugar free things) and then recommended some essential oil. I've been skeptical of the essential oil mumbo jumbo for a while. Not anymore. What he gave me helped me breathe, and reduced my cough - a lot. However, I recently utilized their photo department to order photo enlargements and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a handful of 4x6 and 8x10 photos to this specific Walgreens via online. When I arrived to pick them up, I was greeted by two employees before heading to the photo desk. Upon looking over my prints, 2 of my 4 8x10 prints were missing and many of my 4x6 prints had streaking in the middle of the images, which I know was not on the original photos themselves (see photos). When I asked about my missing prints, the associate found they had printed, just not been placed with my order. As for the 4x6 prints, she took my prints and appeared to reprint them but the streaks were still noticeable. She did not offer to clean the machine then reprint my images or offer a discount/refund for my streaky images. It appeared she was not familiar with the photo department's equipment. I will not be sending my photos enlargements to this Walgreens in the future.

My dr. called in in directly to avoid any problems, due to the sense of urgency. I personally couldn't get anyone on the phone over an hour after he called it in, so I just went. The lady there was the rudest person I've ever met. She had no clue who I was and said she couldn't see where anything was called in. She told me to give her an hour and she would look through her unopened orders and call me. I went home and waited 2 hours, no call. Of course, I was put on hold and couldn't speak to anyone. So I drove there again! After a very long wait with no line, I was told I couldn't get because my insurance wouldn't approve. I know is bs! After 30 min wait got that handled. Finally got my insulin, drove home only to find out, no needles. Drove back there (5 miles obtw) and same lady told me, "yea I know but dr. didn't say anything about needles so you can't have." I asked, why wasn't this explained? The same miserable lady (hates men obtw) refused to give me needles. She then refused to help me anymore. She got another lady to come help me and gave me my needles . I will never, ever go back to that place as long as I live! Obtw, never seen a pharmacist and never was able to talk to one. I could have died without the insulin and told the lady this, and she said she did not care. Unbelievable! It's astonishing the treatment I received from this place. One of the most important of those meds I have not had in over a month, I have been there two times a week for the past 5 weeks. The workers talk like they are reading from a script. Walgreens has trained these people well. All they do is tell lies. It will be here tomorrow, the truck is running late the same excuses i have heard over and over. I talked to one lady it will be here tomorrow she said. I went the next day. Then she tells me I need a script code from the doctor. The code was sent before 8:30 the next morning. I go back to Walgreens the same day for them to tell me they do not have any they will have to order it. This time a young man tells me, I am looking at our order and your meds are on the truck. Our truck will be here by 8:00 am. I called at 9:00 the response was we are still getting things off the truck. I called back at 12:20 and guess what I was told the same thing again, we are still unloading the truck. Keep in mind my meds HAVE TO BE REFRIGARATED. So how long can it stay on a truck? I have now gone 5 weeks without my meds all because every time I go to get them I am told another LIE. This place really needs to shut. I have complained to their headquarters, I have called and explained to the store manager and I have even talked to two different pharmacist, its the same go around the same robot talking people. Lots of promises it will be here it will be here it will be here. Its a lot of my fault. I should have had all my scripts switched to a different place after week two. But I kept trusting them over and over,, so that is all my fault. THEY PLAIN AND SIMPLE JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHU NEED THEIR MEDS AND TRUST THE PEOPLE TO GET THEM.
