I am only giving this place a 1 Star because they do not offer a "0" The absolute worst Walgreens in the world. I have a total of meds I take after my stroke. One of the most important of those meds I have not had in over a month, I have been there two times a week for the past 5 weeks. The workers talk like they are reading from a script. Walgreens has trained these people well. All they do is tell lies. It will be here tomorrow, the truck is running late the same excuses i have heard over and over. I talked to one lady it will be here tomorrow she said. I went the next day. Then she tells me I need a script code from the doctor. The code was sent before 8:30 the next morning. I go back to Walgreens the same day for them to tell me they do not have any they will have to order it. This time a young man tells me, I am looking at our order and your meds are on the truck. Our truck will be here by 8:00 am. I called at 9:00 the response was we are still getting things off the truck. I called back at 12:20 and guess what I was told the same thing again, we are still unloading the truck. Keep in mind my meds HAVE TO BE REFRIGARATED. So how long can it stay on a truck? I have now gone 5 weeks without my meds all because every time I go to get them I am told another LIE. This place really needs to shut. I have complained to their headquarters, I have called and explained to the store manager and I have even talked to two different pharmacist, its the same go around the same robot talking people. Lots of promises it will be here it will be here it will be here. Its a lot of my fault. I should have had all my scripts switched to a different place after week two. But I kept trusting them over and over,, so that is all my fault. THEY PLAIN AND SIMPLE JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHU NEED THEIR MEDS AND TRUST THE PEOPLE TO GET THEM. read more

So glad there is a walgreens is this area of Arkansas!! They have EVERYTHING is place as if i was back in Wisconsin. This is the only place they sell Ice Mountain water, so i do drive a bit to stock up. They have the photo section, all the makeup that i use, the clearance isle( which I LOVE :) and everything else you could love about a local area Walgreens. Masks aren't require but the do sell them and they practice social distancing if this matters to you. The place is clean and organized as with all others. People at the registers are very friendly. It makes me feel like I'm back home! read more

I never imagined a pharmacy could be this incompetent or bad. I was seriously injured and sent to the emergency room, afterwards I was given a prescription for a painkiller to help me sleep. I dropped that prescription off around 3pm, several hours before they close. After waiting for HOURS, I called them to find out what was taking so long. The guy told me "if you can get here in five minutes we can give it to you otherwise it'll be tomorrow." I tried to explain the medicine was for pain and to help me sleep, and that I'd dropped off the script on my way home from the ER. they didn't care. they offered no excuse for why they hadn't filled it with hours to do it, and no one would help me. I spent two days trying to get a manager without success. when I finally got one, they weren't the pharmacy manager or the store manager and basically just said sorry but they wouldn't do anything. after another week I spoke to the store manager who had been dodging my calls. he offered me an apology but gave no indication that they would adjust their policies to help future customers. horrible store. read more

Looking back on other unfavorable reviews, I see that nothing has changed. Spent (a)other half hour in the drive thru pharmacy line. Cars were lined up to the highway. I phoned the manager to tell him how long the line was, how long the wait was, and he said "Not much I can do about it." No apologies, no offer to check on the holdup. Even when there's no line, the wait can easily be 30 minutes. This place is a disaster. read more

Took 2 hrs waiting in line to get a simple rx filled. Staff absolutely overwhelmed. They helped 5 customers in the drive through in an hour.

The employees are obviously not educated on the new tobacco laws vs their company policy. The cashier told me I couldn't buy a product because of the new law. I'm 20, the new law states that anyone who turns 19 before the end of 2019 is excused from this law. I was obviously frustrated. I even asked her if it was just the store policy and she stated "no, it is the new state law". I'm not mad about being turned away. Just mad about how uneducated she was on law vs company policy. read more

This location has deteriorated significantly in recent months. I signed up online for a flu shot appointment and received my confirmation email. I took it to the pharmacy, where I was told that they don't take appointments. Twice in the last month, prescriptions have been delayed because the product was out of stock. Today, after requesting a refill 24 hours ago, my husband drove the 45 minutes to pick up only to be told that it would be available some time later today. If this doesn't improve, we'll be changing pharmacies. read more

One of the worst Walgreens I have been to,they are no longer open 24 hours, which was their only positive.Lines at at the pharmacy counter are always long,the drive up is much,much worse,with two lines of cars there will be like 7 or 8 people ahead of you.Do not go between 3pm and 8:30pm or expect to wait forever !!! This place is often understaffed.Several times they didn't stock the medication I needed and had to wait two days or got Walmarts ! Mountain Home Pharmacies all close at 9pm so this is only reason I got to this place for the pharmacy is open till 11pm.Crazy parking lot on a hill,I have seen two accidents in the parking lot ,beware. read more

This place could use more help, I agree with that! The pharmacy staff is friendly though. There's a long wait time now than when they were a 24 hour store, for some reason a lot of the area pharmacies are longer wait times now. I strongly agree with another poster here, this store needs to return to a 24 hour location. I don't know who made the decision to stop that, but they should really reconsider that choice. There are a lot of people who come from miles around because Mt Home is the biggest place close to them. The store is clean when I have been and usually well stocked. The restrooms could use more attention and some remodeling. I like using Walgreens pharmacy because you can go to any Walgreens to pick up your prescription when needed and that's great when you travel a lot. This store was one of the best places to go before the store changed from a 24 hour location. If they want to cut the hours its open, hire more staff to get the work done and keep it moving fast, but as far as friendly, they get stars for that. read more
