I bought Ozark Hearth sweet Hawaiian hot dog buns last night @ Harp's in Mountain Home, AR on E62…read morefor lunch today. The buns were not only stale but MOLDY!! Had to throw them away. My husband was angry with me for not examining the buns closer before I bought them :-( The bread company & Harp's are equally responsible for the quality control of our food we buy. Will go somewhere else for hot dog buns & probably all my groceries in the future. UGH!!! I'll bet Walmart keeps a closer eye on their bread products & food expiration dates. I bought some Kraft mild cheddar cheese there before & it was so old it crumbled when I tried to grate it. Harp's apparently DOES NOT check expiration dates on their food! I spend approx $600 a month on groceries, as well. Every time I end up having to throw something away.

The wings had a sauce on them but the wings were TOUGH, really like rubber - never had tough wings before. The baked potato salad had an off taste & the potatoes were were not fully cooked. I saw many items that made me think that this must be a test location, but I couldn't find that information. The aisles are very wide and everything is well lit. It feels like a mixture of Walmart, Target, and Best Buy. I plan on going back just to shop around. It reminds me of Walmart in the 90s when people still had pride in their work. On Nov 1, 2022- a DG delivery truck came down my residential street, hooked the top of his truck on…read moremy electric and internet wires, kept driving, pulling the wires taught and then eventually snapping them sending them arching down to the ground almost catching the dry fall leaves on fire and just missing somebody in my yard by inches! The driver never stopped. This is a hit and run. I have photos of damage and a police report including testimony of witnesses!! It has resulted in an $1100 electrician bill, a week of lost wages, a damaged roof, and now months of headache. I am now having to start making payments on this bill since DG is not taking responsibility. This money is literally taking food out of my daughter's mouth! I am a single mama in a small town - this is absolutely unacceptable. I will be contacting lawyers and media next! This is not an upstanding company to support even though they monopolize small towns!!!
