I went there for a system tuning. I have the JL fix and the tweak 88. I paid $80 an hour shop…read morerate. Three hours later ...The sound is horrible. I've contacted JL Audio to let them know. They referred me to another authorized dealer to fix my system. I called and spoke to the owner and asked for a refund. He did not corporate. So when my system is fixed and I have the documentation showing the issues that were resolved I will see them in court. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!
