I had gotten other quotes that were similar but none had given me the explanation and full understanding of what needed to be done and why. We ended up needing to drain the pool and give it an acid wash. We set up a time and they came and completed the work as promised. They were on time, finished when they said they would be and very professional. Their communication and billing is very modern and very easy. I have since hired them as my permanent pool service. We hired kleen sweep pool company after having bad experiences with two other pool service companies. From the beginning, I explained the condition of my pool and the issues we had previously experienced. Your company came out, tested the water, assessed the pool, and gave us a plan. We were told that it would take some time for the pool to improve, and we were willing to be patient and give your company the opportunity to get it back into good condition. However, after more than two months, there was very little to no improvement. I eventually contacted the company to end our services because the person who was repeatedly sent to service our pool, Mario, was not providing the services we were paying for. I was charged $350 during the first month for services that were not properly provided. At the time, your company was also offering free conditioner as part of the promotion for starting service. I received a $50 discount, but the conditioner was never actually added to my pool. Additionally, I paid an extra $100 for the pool to be vacuumed, but the pool was never vacuumed. Mario told me that he couldn't see anything in the pool, so he felt there was no point in vacuuming it. That is not acceptable when I specifically paid an additional fee for that service. Instead of actually providing the services we were paying for, Mario repeatedly made negative comments about the condition of our pool and told us that we would need to spend thousands of dollars to get it looking better. We continued trusting the company and giving you time to correct the problem, but after more than two months, the pool was still in poor condition. I recently contacted the company requesting a refund for the services that were not provided, but I have not received a response. I also had my uncle, who has more than 40 years of experience in the pool industry, come out and evaluate the pool. After looking at it, he told me that, based on the condition of the pool, it should have taken approximately two weeks to get it looking good--not more than two months. His assessment raised serious concerns about the service we received and whether the work we were paying for was actually being performed. At this point, I am requesting a refund for the services that were not provided, including the additional $100 vacuuming fee and the charges associated with services that were not completed as promised. I gave your company more than enough time and the opportunity to make this right. I would appreciate a response and resolution to this matter. If I do not hear back, I will have to consider other options for addressing the charges for services that were not provided.

I have exposed wiring less than a ft from my pool that they didn't bother to label. It in excusable. Shilo isn't a business person and works off anger or hides when he believes an owner is upset. Try to schedule a meeting with Augie or Shilo and Bernadette will tell you they're busy on a job and will get there when they can as if no one has jobs and can sit at home for days waiting. If you think you'll call them directly, don't bother. They don't give out cell phone numbers for this exact reason. I had to tell them WHEN to call for an inspection because they kept delaying finish work they SHOULDN'T legally have been moving forward on without the inspection. I have no doubt Augie was good at his job at one point but he ran that business. Since his stroke Shilo is unable to keep it afloat. I truly hope that they aren't doing pools anymore. We then had multiple issues with our pool and multiple service tickets were ignored. Our last straw: I put a card on file and was charged my weekly amount on 7/3/26 making certain I did not select auto pay. I was then charged another full month of service 3 days later. When I spoke with the office I received a rude email stating "I must be confused" and that I set up auto pay to pay 15 days in advance which was not correct. They advised they would honor the additional payment until 7/31/26 However, no service was provided on 7/27/26. This company is a joke. They even fired one of their guys who Would just push the dirt to one side of the pool and take a picture from the clean side for the reports. Do yourself a favor go with another company.
