Girl, this is not it! I have learned my whole lesson here. I originally went here to for a wax. I…read moreliked the concept of the different suites offering glam services but here are the problems which is why I will never return and am adamant to warn anyone considering booking services here. My top 3 complaints are the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I booked my birthday braid style with Piff Stylez with Tiffany Gordan. I spoke to her 3-4 days before and booked my appointment. On the day of she moved my appointment back an hour and when she showed up she complained of how tired she was. 6 hours later, although the website said 4 hours, she completely destroyed the whole style with one mindless decision. This decision made me question everything about this woman's knowledge of her "specialty". Bohemian Knotless braids with human hair are NEVER to be dipped in water, at least not the human hair part! How could she not know that is the first question if your charging $300 for this style. Also this girl didnt even use hot water it was water for the faucet. How lazy of her and also telling of the lack of integrity she has for her work. No passion just pressure to make money here, obviously. Secondly, after she saw the result instead of her owning that was not how it was supposed to be, she tried to convince me it was supposed to be like that and in the morning the hair would recurl from the distressful stringy wet human hair ends. She keep scrunching them too lol, so she definitely know it was at that moment she f'd up but all she wanted was my money. I reluctantly paid her and told her I didn't think the curls would come back and we would discuss it and a solution in the morning. After all it was after midnight and I had work early that morning. The next day, it looked just as bad as it looked when she completed it. When I got to work, I text her. No delivery. I called. Straight to voicemail. She had blocked me. I immediately went up too the Salon to try to speak with her. She wasnt there. I dealt with the back and forth with her for 2 days and she was never there at any point. I don't think she has good clientele since she's never there and I experienced her poor skills and business acumen personally so I can see that being valid. The owner was there. I spoke to her in hopes that she cared enough about her business to help resolve the situation with her unreasonable tenant. I told her I could not reach her and called her phone number in her presence. She then called Tiffany and it rang then she answered. After this, the ghetto floods opened up and her and the owner were swimming in it. They are both extremely young in age and in mindset by the way things got handled. How did it get handled you ask? I ended up taking those tired braids down and rebooking with a professional braiding shop for the same style for $180($20 tip)!!! Just wow! I got super ripped of on the price and quality. She refused to even accommodate a partial refund. I asked for half back. $150 would have still paid her $25 and hour for her 6 hours she took to do a 4 hour style, but no she refused. I have never in my life taken down a $300 hair style in 2 days but this was my birthday style and I was going to Vegas (I had an amazing time!) and I was not going with that struggle style. The owner gave me a complete run around, acting as if she cared but doing nothing to help resolve the situation. Meanwhile this one kind stylist that had nothing to do with any of this and was just taking a note from me to give to the owner, offered to do my hair any way I wanted for FREE! It was so kind ad sweet but I ultimately decided not to because I couldn't bring myself to step foot in that place again. I canceled my future wax appointment and will not patron this business for anything after the way I was handled. I ended up spending $500 for large bohemian knotless braids in the end and a total of 10 active hours getting this one style done between her and the professional place. What a huge inconvenience and a horror experienced right before a special day for me. They didnt care at all but I do enough to warn everyone else about this place. I pray this review helps many people avoid such a sad experience.

A very unique experience! Here is a step-by-step guide 1…read more Enter. Pay the entrance fee.$40 2. You are given an electronic key, and a T-shirt and shorts. They are a jail bird orange. 3. Enter either the men's section or the women's. Find the locker number attached with your electronic key and take your shoes off. 4. Enter the main changing area and change into your clothes. 5. The mixed sex area has different kinds of saunas. I'm not sure if the type of sauna has any impact, however, there is a difference in temperature. The salt sauna seemed to be the hottest. Grab a cushion and go and lie inside one of the chosen saunas. There is even an ice room. 6. For the pools, go to the men's or women's section. This is where it gets a little uncomfortable. No clothes permitted. So it's complete nudity. There is a cold pool, a warm pool and a hot pool. You must shower before you enter to the pools. There is also a sauna and a steam room. Now for the services. There are multiple different kinds of services. I went for the foot massage, which was amazing. A shout out to Zaluda. This cost $70 for one hour. She was excellent. I also opted for a body scrub, which I've never had before. Boy was it beyond what I was expecting. There are two elderly ladies that have all the energy in the world that do this. You have to be completely nude and you lie down on a plastic covered table. It started off felt like someone rubbing my body with sandpaper. Ouch. I thought I would have to stop after a few moments. However, it got better and boy did dead skin get sloughed off. I was spun around, put in all sorts of awkward positions with one leg up in the air, my legs wide apart, my arms above my head, both front back and sides. As awkward as it was, I felt thoroughly clean at the end. She intermittently through water over me with a bucket. Things that concerned me: - you need to have your ID with you, which they keep at the front desk. They do return it once you have paid for all of your services. - nudity. I was not expecting this. My fault for not reading the reviews before. One gets used to it after a while, but it took me a moment. Overall, this is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. It is clean and the people working here were very nice. A great spa day.

It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍
