My wife had no complaints after (she always critiques my cuts). It was a bit pricey ($24) if you're a patron of Supercuts or Fantastic Sam's, but not out of line with others like Sports Clips. No coupons or punch cards, either. A shave would have been extra. The guy was friendly (I spaced his name - older guy). No masking. He didn't wear one, and I couldn't because I was getting a haircut.
