The disappointment occurred when I learned that I would be charged a credit card fee, especially since I was already paying the highest quote. My daughter runs a tiny business compared to Manitoya Tree Service, and she never charges her customers credit card fees. For that reason, I am giving them three stars, and I will not recommend this company to my friends and family. In my opinion, every business should structure their prices to avoid nickel-and-diming customers, especially when customer satisfaction is on the line.

I had spoken with the arborist two months prior, and had changed my mind on a cut, and had specific instructions for another. I emailed the business to this effect, and left a voice message. Consequently, three trees on our property were cut the way that the company wanted to do it, based on a conversation months before though our desires had changed. The arborist spoke with me on the phone that day, did his best to apologize and try to make it right by not charging us. He said he would come to the site and talk to me, which did not happen.
