The installation itself wasn't too much of a hassle for me. I was also told that they would come back to fix or 'fine-tune' the window if anything wasn't right, but there were no problems.

Between 9/2023 and 3/2024, I asked for numerous updates without any meaningful responses. Between 6/2024 and 10/2024, I finally received half of the job installed, which also required corrective action to ensure no critters or rodents could enter my home b/c the contractor left gaps in the door and brickwork that exposed the inside of my home to the outside. Afterwards, the contractor gave me the run-around for another 6-months until agreeing to complete all work by the end of 5/2025, which did not happen. So here I am with a half-way done project and a contractor that refuses to refund any money to the 50% incomplete work. He has gone dark and silent on me - almost 2-years later.

We…read morehave called multiple times asking for the proposed estimate, left VM's, and talked to John Doppler, who keeps telling us they are very busy, giving us extended dates and he would send the estimate over. Still after 3 weeks, no estimate. Seems to be a trend with this company. Very frustrating! If that's how you conduct business we don't want you doing any type of work in our home. Very unprofessional in my opinion!!!
