I really appreciate that they tried to understand my feelings and worked diligently for a satisfying experience for the customers. Original post on 5/19: Wish I read the Yelp reviews before I did service with them. TERRIBLE experience indeed. Please avoid. My fridge leaked during Christmas and I called the technician in. charged $225 in total. Told me the issue was with the braided water supply line and changed it. Also spotted issue with a brown water supply line so cut off the end and reattached it. My fridge leaked once again three months later. Another tech came in and told me it was not due to their staff's fault so would not cover for it. This time told me it was due to another clear supply line. Also recommended me to change the fan and motor. This time charged $517.28. I did everything and yes, the issue still wasn't fixed. It was leaking AGAIN. Now telling me the issue is with the valve that connects all the water supply lines. Charging another $161.40. I'm so done with it. I proceeded with the service only because I wanted to trust the technicians. I was very disappointed and frustrated. They never fixed anything. They just come in and point to more issues. Very unprofessional.

On the positive side the technician was on time and appeared knowledgeable in completing the repair. Also lowering my evaluation is the insane number of emails and texts I received in regard to this repair: 18 and still counting! Just because you can send a text or email for free doesn't mean you should or have to!

I agreed to the parts order, paid for the parts and services, and scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. All parts ordered were received by Friday. Monday rolled around and I checked the text to see when the repair person might arrive, only to learn that my appointment had been scheduled for next Monday. Fine. I waited until the next Monday, checked the text, and found my repair was rescheduled for the following Monday. I called the help service number, spoke to AI, and rescheduled the appointment for the next day. The next day, I checked the text, and found the appointment had been rescheduled for the next Monday. I have already paid for the service and received the parts and can not get ahold of anyone to confirm why my appointment keeps getting rescheduled or when it will occur. This service is atrocious and borders on scam-like. Update: A repair person came out on the date rescheduled the third time, and the service was performed satisfactorily. However, when the technician left, he noted that a part was ordered that was not used, and stated it is mine. I went to look up how to return the part and typed in the SKU for the part on the Sears website. I saw that the part was currently "on sale" for $28.67, down from $34.67. I looked at how much was charged to me for the part when initially ordered during the first visit, and confirmed I paid $60.92. Both technicians were friendly and professional, but what an absolute racket to order a part for $60.92 that is not used, and then find out the part costs $34.67 on the website. Maybe the total cost I paid included expedited shipping, but that's really frustrating when the repair date was rescheduled to two weeks later than the originally scheduled repair date. So, if this assumption is true, I paid for expedited shipping that was not needed because of rescheduling not approved by me. Stay far away from this service. Go local.
