Helpful in finding the proper wiper blades needed. Recommended that I buy the more expensive ones (of course), but in the end he was right. While checking out, I mentioned I was a Boston fan. Just felt like the guy was perpetuating a stereotype of mechanic types and Boston fans. Oh well... would go back for simple auto parts needs... A bit pricey, but it is the New York area...

They have gone outside to show me where the fuse box is that I couldn't find, gave me helpful advice to prevent issues, are reasonably priced and have the parts I need when I need it. Recently I needed a very odd battery for a project car and looked online for who would carry it. Despite all the big chain stores showing it in stock, no one had it. I remembered DAS, we aren't very local to it and they not only had it but said they'd hold it for me until I got there. Wow. Great service and it's a local business. Lastly, to the woman who was upset about not being allowed to park when she needed the emergency vet. There are literally 4 spots for the auto parts store and a subway. The emergency vet is in the next building and has parking in the rear. Would you be upset that the police wouldn't let you park on Tarrytown road? I understand the urgency of your situation... I have been there but park illegally in front of the vet and once your animal is inside with them... go park your car. It's not the auto part store's responsibility to provide you a place to park that prohibits them from doing business. That review was not necessary. This is a good business... my opinion anyway

The store employees told me because I used it I can't return or replace it. How in the world would I know it's defective if I didn't use it? Avoid Westchester Toyota at all costs!…read more We put down a $1,000 deposit on May 25 for a Grand Highlander Hybrid, with salesman Armando. Our signed agreement stated that if they couldn't provide the vehicle within 3 months, our deposit would be refunded. 3 months passed with no car, so we requested our refund on August 25. Since then, we've spent weeks chasing them for our money. We've called repeatedly, been put on hold, left messages, and asked to speak with finance, management, or anyone who could help. No one calls us back. As I write this, I've been on hold for 32 min while they supposedly "try to find a manager." My husband is driving over now because they can't ghost us in person. Meanwhile, we bought the same vehicle from another Toyota dealership in less than a week. So vehicle availability isn't the issue. The issue is that Westchester Toyota agreed in writing to return our deposit and has made getting our own money back unbelievably difficult. We've now filed a complaint with the BBB. I would not buy a vehicle here and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
