I had a very frustrating experience at AutoZone. They clearly state that they open at 7:30 AM, but by 8:00 AM the store was still closed--even though there were employees inside. That's completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who wake up early and rely on accurate business hours. What's the point of posting opening times if you're not going to follow them? People have jobs, schedules, and responsibilities. Standing outside waiting while staff ignores customers is unacceptable. This isn't the first time I've had issues here either. The service is inconsistent, and it often feels like customer satisfaction is not a priority. If you can't open on time, at least update your hours or communicate properly. Definitely needs better management and accountability. read more

I just went in to buy a mirror for my passenger window. I was told this mirror would fit with my car so I bought it. I went to put it on and it did not fit at all. I couldn't return it because I had opened and used the adhesive. Ugh I wish I just done it myself. read more

Shout out to the young guy working early today for all of his assistance as well as generosity. Car started shaking on the way to grab a few parts I needed to change out my spark plugs, so I was having a rough start to the day. Asked the guy working the counter for his assistance on choosing the tools I needed and he was quick and knowledgeable in helping me find what I needed. Wish I would have gotten his name so I could tag him but unfortunately was overwhelmed in the moment and didn't think about it. 11/10 for his kindness and assistance alone. read more

My side mirror broke, and I was trying to find a way for me to reattach It before heading home to see my parents (a two hour drive). I had an appointment back home and had limited time to waste so I ran in and chose two random products for mirror adhesives and ran up to the register. This is where Katie (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was so amazing. She helped me go through the different options of the different kinds of mirror adhesives and carefully suggested the benefits of both products before I chose which one would work better. She also came out with me to my car to help me reattach it, and even put on gloves so she could assist me with the glue and cutting it open. This was nothing short of wonderful customer satisfaction and dedication to I appreciate you, and your dedication to putting your customers first! Shout out to Katie and the employees at Autozone on market street! read more

I stopped in here to just windshield wiper fluid and some mats for my floorboard. I am clueless when it comes to cars and the staff was very helpful. They put the windshield wiper fluid in for me and helped me with the mats. read more

Went in for some seat covers and the service was great. Amanda D was the sweetest to us and the customers who needed some help translating!

Timothy fixed my car! No joke. He insisted on battery testing incorrectly and ends up he was right! Changed it out and now it starts no problem! Also previously I forget his name helped clean battery acid corrosion, bringing out the chemical and gloves and all. Thanks again! A chain that acts like a small town mom & pop that wants to help the neighbors. 5 stars. read more

Had a scare the other day my car wouldn't start, came on by to this here autozone, and deducted that I had a bad battery. Got a new one installed in a matter of half hour. Really good service! The person who helped was really knowledgeable, funny and respectful! read more

Excellent, prompt and friendly service Kevin was so helpful. Highly recommend this location

The employees are extremely rude and speak derogatory towards their customers especially to women. They have know know how or even the bare minimum of knowledge related to the items they sell. A simple google search will provide more help than their employees. They will sell you the wrong product such as a battery and claim no responsibility when you attempt to return it. read more

Amanda is just so sweet and helpful. She really goes above and beyond and making sure that you have everything that you could possibly need. I've always had great service there but it's her stunning personality and work ethic that will keep me returning to this particular location read more

I needed a light bulb for my car. As soon a I walked in the door, I asked the guy where the bathroom was. The guy working said that I couldn't use the restroom. I asked why, since all of the other AutoZone's have customer restrooms, and he said it was because I might steal something. Hmm, so I walked right in off the street, didn't pass any merchandise yet, will only walk past the batteries, and he is afraid I am going to steal something. What is he thinking, that I am going to shove a 20lb car battery in my underwear? Poor customer service here, but they do have good parts to fix your car. read more

We went to autozone to ask for help with our car before going on a long road trip and we received terrible service. He was very rude to us and made us feel very unintelligent. Just because he saw that we were female he assumed we didn't know anything. We will never be returning to this location again. read more

Kevin at this autozone is so sweet and helpful. I had a headlight out and he helped me find the new bulb I needed and showed/taught me how to install it in the parking lot. I'll definitely be returning when I need something. Thank you! read more

I helped my neighbor the other day , who needed a jump ! The car just would not jump so we thought the battery was dead ! Called my friends at AUTOZONE and got prices on a new one and off we went with the old battery in tow ! They first checked the battery and turns out it was fine ! Came home and found a bad terminal wire so we went back and got one for $5.00 ! Came home , fixed it and all is great ! No matter what your problem is , my friends at AUTOZONE will get you out as cheaply as possible !! read more

I came to get windshield wipers for my range rover and the guy told me he would not be able to do that and I would have to take them to land rover. He said he only had one "special" type. He was trying to charge me $60 for one blade that had come off. After talking to land rover and a different auto zone, i have learned that there should have been plenty of windshield wipers that would have worked out for my car. This is extremely frustrating because being a 17 year old girl driving 3 hours home in rain, i feel a bit like he was trying to take advantage of the situation and that i could have been helped better. read more

Riki and Paul were very kind and helpful. Gave me great advice and helped me fix the issue quickly. Great place!

The staff helped bring my nightmare to an end. Long story short, a part on my car went bad and stopped functioning. Couldn't drive the car. They had a replacement part shipped over night and was available the next day at 1pm. When that part didn't fit, they went out of their way to find a way to make it work. High-fives all around! read more
