I called again two later and was told my parts were returned because the number listed was 256. I have an 856 number I signed a form with my information but yet they still went with the number the insurance company listed wrong! i will not be getting my repairs here if there is no effort to reach me and yet make me wait so long for them to just return the parts and tell me I need a new claim number for them to reorder the parts like what! I feel this is a lack of office management that something like this could even happen! no cares for the inconvenience done to a customer. I could only imagine the quality of work if the office quality is bad!

After trying to argue the alignment was not complete the 1st time and should not be charged 2x I was told that was standard for the industry. Seems ripping off people is also standard for the industry. 1st time and last time I use these guys
