Unique because of the personal service they give. The guys at Townsend Auto Electric are very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently I needed to buy an air control valve for my car and I had a price of $347 from the dealer. I went to Townsend because they've always done a computer search to help me find parts that were more reasonably priced. I walked out the door after paying $219 for the same part. They saved me $122! That's impressive! I've also bought parts for my classic car there! They sold me chrome lug nuts that I couldn't find anywhere else. And guess what? They have them in stock! I highly recommend the store for your automotive needs! Try it out... And save a chunk of change and remember... You'll always get service with a smile!

    Nice that there are still some old school auto parts stores around. Needed some brake rotors…read moreturned and had trouble finding an auto parts place that would do it. Not only do these guys do it, it's $25 each, which is a great deal. New rotors would have cost me over $100 each, so big savings. While the chain stores have a bunch of younger guys with a little bit of training, the guys that work here know what they are doing, and they've been doing it a long time. I'm glad these guys are here in my town, and I hope they stick around for a long time.

The company I am writing this review about is Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Watsonville California. Nathaniel was my Product Specialist. He was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns and desires and cared about my situation. I could tell he really cared. He addressed all of my questions. He found the exact car that I wanted and kept me apprised every step of the way, even on his day off. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciated . Now Rick, the floor manager is amazing. He listened to me and really cared about my situation and what I wanted and could afford. He went above and beyond and found an amazing deal for me. He really cared about me and my situation not just about making a sale. He made me feel important and listened to. He really cares about his customers and he treats you like family. The last and final step of buying a car is the paperwork which I hate and don't understand. Jessica the finance manager was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain all of the paperwork to me and addressed all of any questions. If you are looking to buy a car or truck and want to deal with a car dealership that really cares with people that will go above and beyond to make the customer happy are treated like family then go to Watsonville Auto Group in Watsonville Ca and deal with Nathaniel Rick and Jessica.     I brought my vehicle in for a suspected manufacturer warranty hybrid battery issue. Intake was…read morefairly easy, and it took 1-3 days to get approval from Ram. After that, communication completely stopped. I had to call or text every week just to get updates. Multiples times to voicemail no answer. It took over 3 weeks for the parts to come in. About a week later, I received a text showing a $0 estimate and that my car was ready for pickup -- with no consistent communication throughout the entire process. The whole warranty repair took about a month. To make matters worse, my key fob was returned ripped. I asked the service advisor about purchasing a replacement cover and never received a response. Now I'm stuck having to replace a key fob after a month-long manufacturer warranty repair. Customer service here is poor. I understand this was a warranty job, but I guarantee you wouldn't receive this level of service if you were buying a vehicle. I would recommend going to another Dodge dealership.
