Overflowing trash

They never restocked things! Everything is most empty! Trash is overflowing outside! Terrible customer service! Instead of welcoming you the employees wants you to leave!

Little monster.

This is the worse customer service ever! I have no words except that I am not going back to this location.

Had a great experience here, Julio is the man!! Don't know why a bad review was left here recently,…read morethis place is great and has super friendly staff. They helped explain what was happening with my car and what potential solutions would be. They also gave me recommendations on local mechanics which was super helpful. Friendly and thoughtful staff, I would recommend going here.

I went in to grab a couple of things recently and had to use the restroom so I approached the front desk and asked the manager (seemingly a new guy - I hadn't seen him in the 15+ years I had been going there) for the key - I figured the door was locked given that every time I had used that restroom in the past - only while waiting for VIP to change my tires over the years (next door / they use the same restroom) - VIP had given me a key. Coolio-In-His-Own-Mind Manager bro then essentially laughs at me and tells me that the restroom is open and goes down a rabbit hole about it never having needed a key for the supposed 15+ years he's been there. An O'Reilly store manager trying to start an argument with a customer over whether or not a restroom has ever required a key and getting all excited because he was "right"?? O. . .kay? Second odd interaction with the same Faux Coolio Manager happened when I went in a few weeks later with some old antifreeze and asked a younger guy who was apparently relatively new on the job if I could recycle it there - I wasn't sure, thus my question. The new guy says "yes" and starts to take my container to the fluid recycling room in the back and Desperately-in-Need-of-an-Enema Manager guy runs over and has a meltdown / flips out on the poor guy and, by association, me, saying that they don't recycle anti-freeze. "Nope! No way! Never!" It's a simple mistake, you clown. Get a life. Now I just avoid the place / head to AutoZone down the street or to NAPA in Waltham, where I know I won't be yelled at by a random guy on a power trip over restroom keys, fluid recycling, or otherwise.

They even offer manicures, which is such a wonderful touch! The waiting area is exceptionally thoughtful and comfortable. The restrooms are clean and even provide complimentary feminine products. There's plenty of water, a coffee machine, TVs, workstations for anyone who needs to get some work done, vending machines for snacks, and a kids' room filled with toys. The owner and staff have done an amazing job creating an environment that is pleasant, welcoming, and comfortable. Even if you have to stay while your car is being serviced, they make you feel right at home. Bravo to the owner and the entire staff for making this possible! I'll definitely be coming here more often to have my car serviced. Keep up the great work!

I moved up here from out of state a few years back and had fine experiences with this location for…read morecar service during my first 2 years in the area. The last 3 years have been a different story. Every time I bring my car in, prices are unreasonable, with added expenses we didn't discuss before service. I have to negotiate literally every time I bring my car in, and I leave feeling swindled consistently. To say this place has become a scam is an understatement. The prices are arbitrary, and they can never tell me what work was actually done on the car. I most recently dealt with Michael for car service. I dropped my car off at 9am and then reached out to Toyota to check in at 3:30pm because I hadn't heard anything. I got a receptionist, who said Michael had a line of customers at his desk and that he'd get back to me. I immediately received an automated text message to approve or deny a list of services (that were not the reason I needed service on that particular day), and they never even addressed my issue. I waited until 4pm to call back, nearing the end of the work day because I needed to pick up my car by close and I was nervous they now wouldn't have time to address my issue. They'd had the car already for 7 hours without actually addressing the issue, only for Michael to call me around 4:30pm to say they can't help me. More accurately, I was given two options, 1) Toyota cannot help me because I had work done with "aftermarket parts" (these parts were installed by Toyota when I purchased my car, mind you), so I'd have to bring my car elsewhere, or 2) They would charge me an indiscriminate amount to remove all the fully-functioning "aftermarket" parts because "maybe" it would get them one step closer to addressing my issue - no guarantee it would solve anything but I'd be charged a great deal more money, have functioning parts removed to potentially also cause more issues without necessarily solving the original issue. I asked if a third option was available, one that could have been a fairly simple fix - and one that was recommended by another Toyota Service Center as the first step in solving the problem, and he said he'd never heard of such a thing. I explained that I'd contacted this other Toyota, and they said to start with this third option. Michael said, "If that was an option, the service technician would've given it to [him]." I asked if he could check in with the technician, and he refused several times. When I brought this up upon collecting my unserviced vehicle, he claimed that "he's not racist, but the technician is Chinese and doesn't speak English," so it wouldn't have helped anyone even if he had asked about the third option as I requested. Michael then went on to charge me $149 for labor (not the full $199 he "should've" charged me, as he pointed out for me to be grateful), despite nothing being addressed or accurately diagnosed on my vehicle. When asked how long the vehicle was looked at and what exactly I was being charged for, Michael couldn't answer. After years of feeling disrespected at this location, this was my final straw. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere.
