So I brought them in and said that I wanted to have them do anything they had to do to them done to make them right. And I wanted them balanced . Cost was not a problem I just wanted them done properly. I asked if they should just make new ones especially regarding the longer shaft which was the main drive shaft because it was in seemingly such bad condition it looked to me like for what they would need to do to make it right it wouldn't be worth it. He said no.So I trusted his word and opinion and accepted his answer. One of the employees checked the yoke spline shaft wear on the rear differential side of the larger rear shaft and said it would need to be cut off and replaced because it had to much play in it . I said ok just do whatever it takes to make it right. again I was willing to pay for a good job . I never asked to take any shortcuts. I left them and when I went to pick them up the old spline was on it ( just greased) and they pieced together a new coupling on one end and just replaced the u joints and repaired the ball in the double cardan joint. of the rear driveshaft. The front driveshaft they just replaced the u joint. Well there was no balancing done and they looked terrible. not cleaned or anything. I naively took them and put them in the truck and now I have a vibration that's at a different point of what it was. I paid over 450.00 dollars for the repairs for these.I would stay away from this place. Obviously they could care less about the customer. And I want to make it absolutely clear that I said do whatever it takes for whatever it cost do do the work properly. I never questioned any price or tried to get anything for a low cost. I just wanted a good job done. The person who owns the garage that does my repairs for me who recommended them to me is furious and will not do anymore business with them anymore, nor will he recommend them to any of his other customers.

It has all the essentials you'll need to do basic repairs to your car, and if you have more in-depth work and parts are needed , you can always call ahead and they will see if they have it in stock. Should they not have the particular part you need, they will be more than happy to get that part for you from another one of their locations. They always have specials going on for oil changes, 5 quarts of oil and a filter for your car can be bought in a bundle, saving you somewhere between $8 to $10. The reason for my visit today was to change the oil to my car. Being that I regularly change my own oil, I knew the exact filter model I needed and oil type for my car. Unfortunately, today it seemed like there was not a lot of inventory on the shelves, as a good part of the shelf was empty of oil filters. I went to the front desk to try to see if there were any additional stock outback. I was greeted with a staff member who was eager to help, but with English being his second language, we were having some issues communicating back-and-forth. We were eventually able to pull up a list of inventory of filters that would be compatible for my car that should be in stock in the store. (Said it had that "one" in stock, but no where to be found) After literally going through each row and looking at each box, I was finally able to find that "ONE" filter that would fit my car. (It was mis placed....off course) The staff did his best to help and tried to seek alternative makes of the filter for my car and went as far as trying to find other locations that would have the filter. Definitely I suggest that if you are planning to do any type of repairs to your car, always call ahead to see if they have the parts you need in stock before you make the drive over there. Something even as simple as an oil change can become rather bothersome if you go there and realize they don't have that oil filter.
