Came in here to quickly get new windshield wiper blades because mine were garbage, as I quickly realized during the first rains of the year. I didn't have much time at all before I had to be someplace else, but I desperately needed new blades. Only reason for 2 stars is , (No issues with parts and customer service) Just went in to pick up some parts , young lady working behind the counter was coughing non stop with no mask or regards to her customers or coworkers . Many people walked in and out of the store with no face coverings. How do we know she isn't infected and passing it to all there customers. With what's going on with the pandemic , face mask should be worn at all times. read more

I have been here quite a few times (although I am no auto genius) for various things. Love this store (if I actually have to do my own work on a car, which can be dangerous but I occasionally do change light bulbs etc) as i can usually find what I need and if not the guys behind the counter can get it ASAP. Auto Zone is a bunch of morons......All they have going for them is there cheap prices......If you know what you need then go get it but if you dont know the part you better bring the old one with you because they ALWAYS give me the wrong part and i always have to go back with the old part and the new wrong part and then there able to fix it but just going in there and thinking your in good hands will not be a good idea.... you been warned...... read more

I have a bit of a mixed review. Both headlights went out one evening, and I didn't feel like driving around with my highs on so I called to see if I could get a bulb and change it myself. The lady who answered is clearly not someone who should work in customer service. She was very short with me and although I had explained that I was already on my way, she managed to "remind" me (not so politely) several times that they were closing soon, so I had better hurry. The first question out of my mouth was when they closed, so I was fully aware that they closed in 25 minutes--there was NO NEED to remind me 4 other times. She also snapped at me that I needed to tell her what kind of car I drove before she could tell me whether or not they carried that bulb for my car. I guess she just assumed I had no common sense? Who knows. Luckily, I didn't have to deal with her when I got there less than 5 minutes later. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and even tried to replace the bulb for me. He did sell me some bulb grease that I kept saying I didn't really need, but I guess it is his job to upsell. He wasn't able to change both bulbs, and I ended up taking it to the dealership the next day to get them replaced. They did it for free because I had the bulbs, but told me the bulb grease was completely unnecessary and to return it if I had the chance. Oh well. Anyway, if you see an older lady with short grey hair, avoid her, and for heaven's sake, make sure you hurry, because they might close soon! read more

Garbage. Absolute garbage. It took us way too long to be helped. We were first in line. One employee was out stocking shelves, and the other 4 were hiding in the back. It took about 5 people in line, comments about going to Kragen instead, and my husband asking if someone could assist us for Jason to step up to the plate. He made us feel like we were majorly inconveniencing him. The ironic part is that he had "Customer Satisfaction" & "Parts & Sales Manager" on his nametag. Had he actually practiced those key components of working in Sales, this review would have been much different. When Jason went to look for our part, some older blonde lady came out texting on her phone in front of us for a good minute. Once she sent her text, she blandly asked if she could help us. A few days ago, I rolled into my local Autozone after work to return some items. It was not as busy as I though it would be but there were a lot of ppl I and out of the 7-eleven next door. Upon entering, one of the staff members was outside helping with a customer's vehicle problem. I noticed I didn't have my receipt so I had to quickly run back to my own vehicle to retrieve it. Now back in the store, the other store member, Tamika, quickly assisted with my refund. Toward the end of the transaction, I needed help with a small problem. Without hesitation she did her best to find a solution with the tools/products she had. Even though they didn't have it there, I was not upset. Just thankful for the help. Pretty clean store and cool staff. Can't say much about the parking lot b/c like I said, the 7-eleven store is right there and ppl do what they want. Thanks Tamika for your assistance! read more

Had an excellent experince at this autozone. My coworker was having issues with his vehicle and Matt greeted us as we walked in the store.... He immediately listened to the problem we were having and provided sound advice and recommended a few tests to be done that were free of charge... immediately we found out the car battery needed to be replaced... He quickly provided my conworker with options and was able to give him details about each option... All the workers there at the time seemed to enjoy what they do didn't hesitate to ask anyone that walked in if they needed help. Recommend this store! read more

My car wasn't starting and with my work schedule- I don't have tons of time to take my car in. I live close by and walked over to get some tools. The staff was so friendly and when I explained my situation, the store manager offered to drive and take a look at my car. He was able to take my battery back to the shop, charge it, and brought it back to reinstall it- he even made sure nothing else could have been the issue! Raining last night I had the unfortunate experience of finding out my wiper blades are worn out. GPS on my cell shows this Autozone to be down the street from our shopping. The Associate: "Fred G" was BEYOND helpful with his service. He gave me several options on brands and price. He answered all my questions and after I completed the purchase he offered to install the new blades.....IN THE RAIN. Who does this?! Obviously the people at this Autozone. These guys where pleasant and super friendly. Now today, I get a call from "Mitch" who happened to be the other store rep asking how the service was and if there was anything they could have done to make my experience more pleasant. WOW! Talk about follow-up! I have NO IDEA who those people are who have reported less than a pleasant experiences at this store. My experience was SUPER and I recommend them. Surprised to only see 3.5 stars rating, they deserve more. Both times I've been here the customer service has been really good. The manager, Jason, replaced the battery in my wife's car and was very personable the entire transaction. I've been to several other car parts stores, and that is not the case. O'Reilley's barely acknowledged me while in store and outright refused to put my new battery in my car for me. I know it's not difficult to get my socket set out, clean the terminals and put the battery in myself, but that is just one example how this Autozone goes above and beyond the customer service of other places. read more

I went into this auto zone, which was recommended to me by my father who is a mechanic, and had an overall good experience. The associate who helped me was named Felix. Felix was able to tell me my battery was corrupted and installed the new one for me without a problem. He also gave me some helpful tips on what he thought could be other factors to my cars overall lower quality health. Felix was nice the entire time and very helpful, if it was not for him, my experience at Auto zone would not have been as great! read more

I am extremely appreciative of a gentleman by the name of Freddie that worked there. I went to Autozone earlier today to purchase a battery for my car. I was preparing to buy a new one since I was having trouble with it. With the help of Freddie he was able to locate the Autozone warranty and replace it free of charge! I came in to purchase windshield wiper fluid and asked him to check my battery which I previously purchased at this store. He found it to be a "bad battery" after checking it twice. He then replaced it and installed a new battery all at no additional cost since my old battery was under warranty. He saved me from replacing a new alternator as well . Went in to get my battery checked and turned out to be dead. Had the guy ring me up and install it. When he asked me to go ahead and try to start it I first went to wiggle the terminals and wiggled them loose! The dude must have been new or a complete moron. After 30minutes of trying to figure out why they weren't hooking he went in to ask for help. Next guy installed them in less than 5 minutes. He is the only reason Im leaving 3 stars or else it would have been 1. You had one job!!!!!!! read more

I have had an excellent experience every time hat I have been here. I will highlight my last two experiences-- The first time, I suspected that my Toyota Tacoma's battery wasn't holding a charge so I came in and they tested the battery in the parking lot and confirmed that the battery was bad. I walked in and picked out a replacement battery (good price) and they removed my bad battery and installed the new one very quickly. The second time, I came in to get a headlight bulb replacement for my CR-V just before they closed at night. I tried installing the bulb in the parking lot, but I was having some difficulty in the tight spaces. A very helpful employee (same one that installed my battery) came out with a flashlight to help after noticing my struggles, and had me on my way in a couple minutes. I will drive 4 min past an O'reilly Auto Parts to get to this Autozone because they have shown to be much more helpful. read more

Do not go here unless you know exactly what you need. First they sold me the wrong oil filter , then they tell me I should be running a dexcool coolant and told me to just top off my radiator with that. I told the guy helping me I had never heard of it and all he told me was its just regular coolant that GM cars like better . Now my coolant is leaking and all my oil leaked into my radiator. I know I should have researched the product better before using but they should not be allowed to give advice unless they know basic car knowledge (which I'm not claiming too have) read more

For this past week we have been trying to get a part ordered. Every day someone takes a note and doesn't take care of it, 4 different people now. We really need our car fixed and need this part. Everybody we talk to passes the buck or promises to call us when it is ordered. Yet over a week later nobody will take initiative or responsibility, not even managers.
