I noticed it was a little busy but its the weekend so its expected but the 2 guys that were working looked lost. One of them was trying to work the computer and was getting frustrated, Im assuming he is new. The phone kept ringing and neither one attempted to at least pick it up and put it on hold. The phone rang again, and he finally picked it up....no greeting, no mention of the store name, just Hello!? I think one of the guys name was Marvin, the lead associate....he is something else, he was so rude and argumentative with a customer about a part that he was asking for. I dont claim to know about car parts, but if someone looks like they work on cars Im not going to tell them they are wrong and try to sell them something they aren't asking for. I didnt feel confident that I would be walking out of this store with what I actually needed so I left and went to the San Fernando store. When I walked inside the store, the car detailing supplies are on the right side next to the entrance. They have decent amount of brands to choose from like Griots, Adams, Chemical Guys, Meguiars and etc. I decided to go with Adam Car Shampoo and Adam Ceramic Tire Shine since it was on sale. I also walked around the store as well to see what they have. This store has a lot of productw to chooee from and you'll likely find what you need.
