Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted and asked what they could do to help. They took the blade outside to my vehicle to see if it could be repaired. It was in fact broken so the employee immediately located a reasonably priced new one for me and installed it right away, free of charge. I was pleased to have this taken care of so quickly!
