Arch Auto Parts is a local gold mine that is easily accessible with valuable accommodations, such as a front entrance and a back entrance, a parking lot, and an adjoining laundromat just in case you need to wash clothes. There is also a Pepboys tire service in the area as well as Popeyes and Dunkin Donuts, just incase you need to get a tire fix and while you are waiting for your laundry to finish or you are waiting for your tires service to be completed, You can nibble on chicken and a biscuit or get some donuts, your choice. Stepping inside of Arch Auto Parts, you will get a polite and friendly statement, such as "Good Morning, how may I help you." I did ask for a specific kind of antifreeze and I showed him my container. They did have it readily and available on the shelf with plenty in stock, so I took two. I am so elated that I was directed to Arch Auto Parts, now I won't have to leave my neighborhood to search elsewhere in hopes of finding the antifreeze for my car, I know exactly where I can get the right product at the right price. You can also find other automotive items like, motor oils, transmission fluids, brake fluids, hydraulic oil, and gear oils, just to name a few. The service is horrible because no one ever calls me back. I should not have to do their job and keep asking about this part. They have the quality brands you need for a reliable repair and I've found the prices to be comparable and / or better than other alternatives. Beats buying from faceless, humanless on line customer service when it's needed. They even bettered Costco's deal for replacement auto battery with a quality brand, AC Delco that had a longer warranty. Another time I remember they spent a good amount of time on line for me researching a proper replacement headlight harness. I'm glad I've created an account there so I can get parts quickly when necessary. On-line venders may often times be cheaper, but have no one to speak to when issues arise, returns have to be made, or need something quicker. Something to be said of the Mom&Pops shop.
