She wears glasses, don't know her name. She has no customer service techniques/ability and doesn't try to help at all, she's aggressive when speaking with customers and have an attitude problem. This place needs a shake-up. I'll never shop here again because of her and it's not the first or, second time I've experienced such unprofessional service from this particular individual. I was this close :-( on blowing off on her. She even went as far as to tell another customer she doesn't change wiper blades that's not her job and there is a big sign on the front door that states the opposite. Maybe Advance Auto is to blame because they haven't trained their employees properly or she's just as lazy as a crab. The place is never stocked (btw) and is understaffed, I had to settled for mediocre car oil because Mobile 1 wasn't available and I just didn't have the time to go elsewhere because I had only one day off that week and was trying to cram everything into it. It even gets worse, there are no parking here, or shall I say insufficient. Please note, I have no problem shopping with Advance Auto, however, this location has reached its climax. I've had enough with it's piss poor customer service and some bloody person who makes minimum wage speak to you like you're an imbecile. I'll get her name and update my review soon...

A sturdy vehicle, a worthy charioy she remains but for how long, I know not. Just a few blocks from Woodhaven and / or Lefferts, it's a rather convenient shop and with a large lot, pulling into the property is simple. I say this as few car shops have such a generous chunk of land,. The rear ends of vehicles always hang out a bit on Atlantic, and only one poorly timed swerve from a collision, I've seen it happen, and it's not a pretty site. Chris took me in immediately so I walked the dogs around the neighborhood which I know well as we had a few properties in Richmond Hill. Walking up to Liberty them traversing over to 118th and back -- the urban assault vehicle was happy and ready to roll. Flushing the fluids, new spark plugs and filters of oil and air and a verbal heads up about an impending starter issue and I was all set. Looking at the bill in my hands, I was quite happy looking down upon it, seeing the numbers -- I saw more. I can say with full confidence that this is my new shop to bring my vehicles to and will be my place of recommendation to any and all who ask. The bill spoke more than numbers to me, it spoke of care, honesty, reliability, integrity and protective suggestions -- all of which I dare say have old world traditions in this make a quick buck decaying society. So these attributes are not not easily obtained, they are instilled from generations before, and that piece of mind has an incredibly high value to me personally.

I call the day before for a quote and to check if I can bring in my vehicle the following day. I drop off my vehicle in the morning and wait for a call or text that my car is ready for pick-up. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE…read more I am Chris, the owner of a white 2012 Nissan Rogue that was serviced here in 2022. I paid for a tune-up and specifically asked the staff to check all fluids and make sure everything was in good condition. I was assured that everything, including the transmission, had been checked and was fine. Less than a week later, my transmission began slipping and struggling to go into gear. I had an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle, and he discovered that the transmission fluid was extremely low or effectively empty. We attempted to refill it and see if the transmission could be saved, but the damage had already been done. I was ultimately facing a repair estimate of roughly $5,000 and ended up junking the vehicle and purchasing another car. To this day, I cannot understand how I was told the transmission was checked and in good condition when I experienced such a catastrophic failure immediately afterward. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue I experienced. On another visit, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was then asked to wait because the oil service had not actually been completed. I watched the technician finish adding oil after I had already arrived to collect what I had been told was a completed vehicle. I also had to return because a plastic component was left in my back seat after service and had not been reinstalled. One mistake can happen anywhere. Multiple incidents involving quality control, communication, and attention to detail are much harder to overlook. The financial impact of these experiences was significant, and I have never felt that anyone took responsibility or provided a satisfactory explanation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would strongly encourage customers to seek a second opinion on any major service recommendations or inspections. This review reflects my honest experience as a paying customer. Junior, Ryan, and Shanice, I am deeply disappointed in all of you. The consequences of what happened cost me thousands of dollars and left me paying for a replacement vehicle. Whether you agree with me or not, I have had to live with the results of these experiences for years.

The employees called me ugly and a b*tch and insulted literally every elderly person in the…read moreneighborhood for not staying up with the times... but let me start from the beginning. I was sold the wrong car battery. That was discovered at the mechanics with the old battery already removed, they asked me to carry the heavy battery back to the store though they eventually relented in picking it up but I still had to walk back to buy the CORRECT battery, which was $100 more expensive and a different price than they had quoted me on another day. What should have been a speedy transaction caused me to miss my appointment. I became upset with them. This was partially fueled by my having heard from multiple parties that they were unscrupulous and uncouth. Still, I like to see the truth for myself. When I went back to get a refund, they returned less than the amount of the purchase (discovered later) because the worst of them, a surly, unkempt vagabond-looking sort, and ironically, the one who called me ugly, threw the receipt at me. Of course, it didn't reach me; it was a piece of paper. In my many years of purchasing products at stores, I've never encountered a more unprofessional set of employees. I believe it's a franchise, and I guess they feel entitled to treat me, anyone and everyone that contradicts them, like the sc*m that they are. They bullied the elderly lady in the house next door, a woman who lived in that house for her entire 80 years; they may have antagonized her to her death. They would not stop parking in her driveway. When she passed away and the house was sold, they continued the same savage behavior with the new owners. When calling corporate, we first called other Napa's... one Napa employee referred to them as NASTY. A former employee recommended against buying from them. Long Island City mechanics do not shop at their store. Their store is dark and dirty. They took forever processing the incorrect return, and they insisted on verbally abusing me the entire time - in a personal and debased way. It was so over the top, I stopped being mad myself just to observe with amazement several grown men verbally abusing me for a solid five minutes, with such low intelligence, such lack of self-control, such lack of neural development that it was indeed a scientific curiosity. Needless to say, I do not recommend shopping there.

By the time I got to Dudley's I was a little frustrated. So I just asked "what time do you close?" He said 6pm and I walked right out. As I was getting into my car, I heard someone calling for me. The man came from around the desk to my car to ask me what I needed. I told him an inspection and he told me that it could be done. About 15 minutes later, my car was pulling out of the garage. Thank you for taking that extra step to come and ask what I needed after I walked out. It was highly appreciated as it was very close to your closing time.
