He asked that I give him an opportunity to look into the situation further and he then he contacted me back. The employee offered an in person APOLOGY for what had transpired that night. Although his body language implied one thing his words said another. I explained this to the manager and how this could be viewed by others as not an honest apology. I told him that I was willing to accept the apology. The manager also offered a discount on the work that was performed. I still have yet to return as there were still many excuses offered for the behavior that as a manager should not have been offered nor overlooked. Management should have shouldered some of the responsibility themselves.

Suddenly, the gentleman with glasses said he can change it out for us if we popped the hood. We rushed to get the hood open and I swear it that this man changed it under 10 minutes. I didn't catch his name but when I do, I'll be writing another review. This man changed our night and is a saving grace. He deserves everything. I thank him greatly for changing the battery for my mother.
