He listened to me as I told him what I was looking for, and he didn't pressure me into purchasing a car beyond my budget. He was kind and respectful. I paid their full advertised price with no haggling, trusting the vehicle matched the condition they represented online. I relied on their advertisement, FaceTime walk‑around, and their claim in the advertisement that they invest an average of $1,800 refurbishing their higher‑end used cars. After flying there from Florida and driving the vehicle home, I discovered numerous issues that clearly existed before the sale and were never disclosed. These included electrical problems with navigation, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and USB charging; missing advertised items such as the Trailer Hitch Close‑Out Cover and hardware; and a Keyless Entry Keypad that could not be used because the required factory master code was not provided. The vehicle was also delivered with Arroyo Grand Sport tires (the $85 Walmart‑type) on the front and very good quality OEM Hankook Kinergy GT tires on the rear. These two brands have different construction, quality levels, and published diameters, which do not meet AWD tire‑matching requirements and should never be installed together. Contrary to their claim in the advertisement, the condition of the vehicle I received did not reflect the level of inspection or refurbishing they said was performed on their higher‑end used cars -- especially disappointing after paying top dollar with no negotiation. To bring the vehicle up to the condition it was advertised in, I had to spend $1,227.34 out of pocket. I contacted the dealership with full documentation but received no response. I am sharing my experience so other seniors and out‑of‑state buyers can be aware and verify the true condition of a vehicle before purchasing.

I was traveling from out of town and my check engine light started blinking when I was getting…read moreready to get on the highway to go home. I stopped in here with no appointment while they were slammed and the technician got me right in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They got my car back together in under 2 hours. Firestone is just built different and helps make sure everyone's vehicles are safe to be on the road without pushing unnecessary services. This location was no different! And the fix was more affordable than compared to other shops nearby.

Service Requested: Tire Rotation…read more I set up an appointment to rotate my tires at 8:00am. I arrived early at 7:50, when I tried to go check in, the door was locked and there was a hand written note on the door explaining that due to staffing issues they wouldn't open until 8am. "No Problem", I will just wait in my car for a few minutes. Two people arrived and stood at the door waiting to let in so when the doors did open, I was third in line. The first person steps up to the desk to check in and after looking them up in the system, the tech exclaims "I'm sorry I don't see an appointment at this Firestone for you. It looks like you set one up at another Firestone." then proceeds to take his request and checks him in. The second lady steps up. She also doesn't have an appointment, and the tech checks her in just like the first guy. I get up, I see you have an appointment at 8:00am, it is now 8:15am mind you, and after taking my keys I ask him how long it will take. He looks over at the other two people who don't have appointments, kind of shrugs his shoulders and tells me it will be a while. I ask for my keys back and leave. Never once did he tell the two people without appointments that he will have to work them in or tell them to maybe go to the correct Firestone. So disappointed. So maybe this would be a 4 or 5 star review if I didn't make an appointment and just showed up when they open. I bought a car jack and rotated my own tires.

After reading a few reviews, I see some complaints about customer service. However, I have never had a problem with the staff- I find them to be kind and talkative people. As for the prices, if you've never been to Speedway expect to pay a little more for normal food/beverages than normal. Energy drinks and snacks are higher in price. Coffee and Slushies are relatively cheap, along with donuts. For it's location, it's a great place to stop and get gas if you're looking for a place to stop nearby the I-70 entrance/exit ramp.

I then replied thank you young lady and Gary I don't appreciate and I'm sure she doesn't appreciate you being a smart ass and walked out. Just look up how much the salt costs and I would have purchased 10 bags. Smh ‍
