When we arrived here at 3:30 giving them enough time to get the parts to us they told us that they did not make it on the shipment with no explanation why . And then we were told no so maybe Mendota store doesn't have the complete part. So now going back into the store we had to find the salesman to order the parts so we can have them a week later.

The owner checked hubby's purchase, and confirmed that an incorrect hardener had been sold to him. Mistakes happen. We are all human. But integrity is not all that common any more. We experienced a level of professionalism and integrity at A&B today that renewed our faith in our fellow humans. Hubby was refunded his ENTIRE purchase price, and the correct hardener was supplied free of charge!! The staff and owner bent over backwards to ensure we had all the info and product needed to successfully complete the task. We recommend this business without reservations! This Peru Walmart Automotive Service Center employees park customer vehicles that have been…read moreserviced in the handicap parking spaces. It may seem unbelievable that anyone would park in a Handicapped parking space for any reason when they are not eligible/authorized but it happens at Peru Walmart Auto service area. My visit today was not the first time Walmart Auto Service employees have parked a not handicapped eligible vehicle in a marked handicap spot. I have no idea how thoughtless/mindless an employee or anyone would be to park like this. I did call and speak with a store manager and she said it would be dealt with after reviewing security cameras. I believe she was sincere but, I also believe that after the attention fades the employees that did this will go back to their lazy ADA thumb their noses ways. Please pay attention to the Peru Illinois Walmart Auto service Handicap parking spaces and bring violations to the store managers attention because obviously ADA means spit to the Auto Service Manager and employees that do this! I should post a picture of the vehicle that was parked there but it would bring further embarrassment to the young lady that had her car parked there.
