dropped my car off at Jiffy Lube in Ottawa Illinois. I asked about their experience to make sure that they were capable of change the oil on my car. They said that they could handle it and change everything to OEM manufacturer spec, which is perfect awesome nice and easy I dropped my car off. Went back to work. They gave me a call about two or three hours later that my car was done. I went to go pick up my car and there. It's when the guy in the car told me that my car has now Misfire and there's an issue and then sometimes on these cars telling me about low fuel or something like that I didn't have low fuel so I had 45 miles till I Gas so plenty of plenty enough to drive home at that point I told him to keep my car fix the car and let me know when it's repaired. The GENERAL MANAGER then called me from my blocked number Out and tell me that it was my problem and it was like that when I dropped it off after his tech acknowledged that it was not like that when I dropped it off and that they did And they haven't fixed it yet and they wanted me to take it like that. I refused fast forward to Monday three days later they call me and say my car is fixed and I gotta pick up my car. There is oil all over my door handles all over my interior all over my hood all over the front nose in my car there's oil everywhere. It's just an absolute mess My car is missing the guard or whatever it is underneath is no longer there. I brought that up to them and they said it wasn't there when I dropped my car off, which is bullshit my Serviced a BMW dealership before this I figured I'd give them a chance. Came in for an oil change on 5/21/16. But unlike my other visits this one was terrible. This cody man in there was just rude.kept talking like he is a Marine .but couldnt even get his story straight.after waiting 30 minutes for my oil change to finish as i was the only one there.i noticed my gmc was leaking oil as they pulled it out.i asked him to look at it n he told me .its nothing to worry about.so i crawled under my own car to find my drain plug half in the car .i asked to speak to a manager then i was told that the cody man that the manager.i asked for his bosses phone number and was told"we arnt allowed to give that information out" what happened to the old jiffy lube that was clean looking with a friendly staff.now its full of abunch of rude kids hiding behind the counter all day.i will not be returning to this place withc any of my cars ever again. read more

I am very impressed with the service I received at the Ottawa, IL Jiffy Lube. My car was immediately pulled into the bay, an overall check-up completed a plan of service complete within 5 minutes. Tristan found a very dirty vent filter to the main car cab and for the first time in the lifetime of my car, there is a clean air filter to the air/heat vents. Thanks, Tristan. All recommendations were legit unlike other places where they offer un-needed services. They have competitive prices that include vacuuming and blas's cleaning with the oil service. Highly recommend!! As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted within seconds by the friendly staff. It took them less then 20 mins to change my oil, and they even let me know exactly what the price was before they started. This was my first time going into the Ottawa location and Jacob E the manager or lead was very welcoming and super friendly. He actually pulled up information related to future service for my car which was a first for me and explained break fluid and other things that will eventually need to be done. I was totally impressed. Went in for oil change, they showed & explained to me hat my oil was fine and to come back in 1500 miles. Went to get a oil change for the first time. They were not able to do it due to them not being able to remove the filter cap. (not their fault) They did everything they could to remove and were very professional! would totally recommend them! I will definitely go back once I get this issue solved. read more
