These guys are awesome! When I was looking for a battery for my daughter's car, I went to Costco and tried to give me a battery without telling me information that will damage my car but at this auto zone this guy (El gordito, the one with tattoos on his arm) was awesome because he gave told me what putting in the battery myself would do. Thank you for getting good people to work in this shop because he helped me so much. Sorry I didn't get his name, but he is awesome! read more

No improvement over the years. Pops went in asking for ATF for a Chrysler. Dude at the counter said whichever one should work and grabbed mercon which is for ford and GM. Thankfully I got home in time to realize this before we put the incorrect oil in the car. Damn employees don't even try to do their job. read more

This location was pretty good. The store employees were very helpful and friendly. The pricing is decent and parking is ok as well.

Perfect customer service that goes beyond an extra mile. The management and staff of this location has truly come a long way as it relates to customer satisfaction. They take their time in determining the correct part for your vehicle. Prior to easy installation I see them obtain information on Google. Impressive!!! Additionally, they suggest certain parts based on our own preferences. I will continue to patronize this location, easy in and out! Clean, product locations well defined and easy to obtain. Parking is plentiful on their mid size lot. Thank you guys, you have my vote. Keep up the great work! *Note discounts provided to credentialed military and first responders. Thank you guys! More power! read more

always Helpful in finding my needs. guy named Jonathan always helps out in finding what's best for my car

I originally stopped at the N. Maclay Ave. store when one of my brake lights went out, but they didn't have the bulb that I needed in stock so the employee was super kind and called up this AutoZone and asked them to put aside the bulb I needed and gave me the serial number of the part just in case. I went inside the store, there was no line or wait time, I received and bought the part within a couple minutes. I also asked if the employee, Francisco, could help me replace it. He was super cool and kind, as well as super quick when it came to installing the light, I was out of there in a jiffy! He didn't give that weird and rude "know it all" attitude that I usually deal with at any auto shop or store, which was really nice! Thank you so much, Francisco! You're awesome :) Also, there is plenty of parking and space, just watch out when getting there since the store is located in the corner of a super busy street and it can be chaotic entering the parking lot from San Fernando Road. read more

I was not able to exchange my duralast car jack at 10817 Sutter Avenue Pacoima Ca. The Clerk was rude No customer respect what so ever. The store manager Maria tried to give me a smaller jack which was unaceptable It should had been an even exchange Totally tryed not to help me They were both arrogant and just angry Totally disrespecful. Definitely not the best shoping experience. So, I went next door O'Reillys And bought me a $275 brand new jack There I was treated with respect and better customer service. At O'Reilly I was treated with out any arrogance and great customer service They even help me load merchandise in my vehicle. 100% satisfied at O'Reilly auto parts. Sadly I cant say the same about Auto zone I Will definitely put auto zone in the past Once you lose a customer you will never get it back. Thats all for me folks. read more

I visited on 7/30 after calling ahead with a part number to confirm stock. I asked for the part upon arrival and the young woman at the register pointed to an aisle and said it should be there. I checked the entire section for the item to no avail. I then return to the lady and tell her it can't be found. She shrugs and says "if it's not on the shelf then we don't have it." I couldn't help but ask "how is that possible?" considering I called ahead 10 minutes prior and she confirmed in store that the part is in stock on their system. Her answer? "People steal stuff" and another shrug. Maybe she was having a bad day or just sucks at her job. Either way, the AutoZone on Sepulveda in Mission Hills helped me out very efficiently so go there instead. read more

I had a good experience talking to Luis at this store because he was very helpful and went out of his way to inform me on my car parts!

I had issues with an item and was worried I wasn't able to get any help. However, when I walked in Eric went above and beyond to help me and make sure the issue was fixed. This type of customer service is amazing and the reason I keep coming back! read more

Horrible customer support with corporate and business location

I was looking for a drive belt tensioner pulley and this place had the pulley as a separate part than the whole tensioner assembly so I saved money just changing the part that was broken instead of the whole thing. They had the part on hold and it really was on hold and in stock when I got there. Good service. read more

Ariel was so helpful! Went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed! Great customer service and supportive. Staff was so helpful as well. Thank you! read more

Ordered fans for my Ford Edge over 2 weeks ago was told it would take a couple of days and I would be given a call once arrived. After a week I contacted the store on the daily, EVERY time I was told "it's still not In , call later". I called today and was told that it already came in and that once it was not picked up within a week it was sent to another store, so now I have to travel around the city to get the part I ordered. No apologies, nothing no phone call nothing. Just take a second thought before coming here! read more

If you walk in or call they are really slow, seems like they don't have personal to help out. If you walk in / 1 person helping at the counter If you call / They put me in hold for 23min. I live near by everytime I go here always the same. read more

Came here for some windshield wipers and got AMAZING help from a young kid named "Juan". Not only did he help me pick out the wipers, but he also helped me install them. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks Juan! read more

I'm told Racism exist, I keep praying its not true in this day and time. I went to have auto zone check and replace my battery. It's 9 p.m and i was told they don't do this, but as im sitting outside waitting on AAA i see them coming out to help a young Hispanic male!!! Wow is all i can say. Thanks for looking out for a young black/Mexican male. You guys at auto zone is horrible, racist individuals. Thanks for nothing read more

Awesome service!! Jaime G. at the customer service counter helped us out QUICK. Outside of the standard looking up parts in the computer, he knew enough about my truck to help me troubleshoot the problem I was having with my air conditioner and even came outside to guide me in the right direction!! big store. usually has things in stock that I need. this isn't a mechanic garage so I go in knowing what I need. too many people come here and ask 99 questions as if the people working there were master mechanics with 30 years experience; this slows things down and causes long lines. oh and don't leave your used motor oil outside on the loading dock, it's illegal and there's cameras that will take your licence plate info and cops will be called since it's illegal to dump hazardous materials. use the website to get your part numbers and check inventory and your stop will be less time than you expect read more

This is probably one of the worst Autozones in the San Fernando valley. Rated two stars because the wait time is very long even when it's empty. Most of the employees really don't know much about parts and cars or recommendations. Finally the worst part about it after getting your part you have to get back in line to pay another 10-15minutes read more

I love coming to the autozone always friendly and awesome advise well educated team thay have there I always get my problem solve when it comes to my suburban I always come hear for a lil advise instead of going to a mechanic keep up the good work guys shout out to sunny happy holidays guys read more

Five stars because of the manager Stevenson and the experience that he made above and beyond a good one. He's all for the customers and their complete satisfaction... He's had the patience and knowledge to deal with me and I can ask a question a trillion times before I fully understand and he made sure I left his store completely satisfied and with he results I came in looking for. Stevenson goes above and beyond the extra mile for customers - instead of treating me with disrespect as the manager and employees did at the Foothill location!!!!!! read more

Nice, convenient store with good assortment of auto parts and accessories. Not the best spot though, workers are not the most pleasant people, communication is pretty tough. I didn't get any help so I had to choose oil for my car by myself. I wish this guys would be little bit more friendly and helpful. read more

This is an amazing autozone I've been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed with the service. The workers seem enthusiastic about their job and had great attitudes. The workers are effective listeners, always willing to listen. The workers make the customers feel welcomed when they come in the store. They always have a nice greeting at the store and always walk up to me ready for what I have to ask for. Usually I know where everything this hahaha. Excellent service I recommend this location to anyone around me. One employee specifically I don't know his name always greets me and I see that they encourage his co workers to do a task and they all get along with them. read more

I'm never doing business with AutoZone ever again. It's clear that they're in business to make sales and lack customer satisfaction. Their return policy is a joke. The manager at this location didn't let me return a part that's not meant for my vehicle, and now I'm stuck with something I can't even use just because their return policy states they must return it in the same condition (brand new never been used) that it was bought in. How the heck am I suppose to find out if it works for my car without opening and trying to see if it works? I'd rather take my business to a store that I am confident in that if the part doesn't work for my vehicle, I can return it without a hassle. Because of this, AutoZone has completely lost any future business or sales from me. AutoZone's corporate decision makers seem to have forgotten what's the only thing that's keeping them in business... their customers! read more

Slow Ass service! One person working today in the whole store! 15 min wait to pay for a quart of oil

Yesterday, Late afternoon I stopped by Auto Zone to buy a brake light for my car. The light was burnt-out and I figured; I would, give it a shot and replace it myself. I asked if I could, borrow one of the drivers to check and see which one of the drivers (for size) I would be needing to buy to remove the tail light frame so that I could replace the brake light. The staff member at the check-out said no worries, he is going to help you with that; he will go to your car and check the screw bold for you. The staff member who went out to my car; didn't have the tail-light I needed for my car in stock. He said why don't you go there (O'Reilly auto parts) and check to see if they have it there and I will change it for you. I asked "You will change the brake light for me?...really?." I said, "Thank-you, that is really kind of you to do that. He went above and beyond without me even asking and changed both my brake lights. I was very, very grateful. I wasn't expecting that. That was very kind of the staff members at the front checkout to help me with this. read more
