Luis is the face of their Customer service, He was personable, and easy going. I flew from Seattle to take my son's classic Bronco in for an easy steering box replacement. I only paid for labor because I brought in my own Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and oil filter, which I bought across the street at Wal-Mart. It's much cheaper to bring in your own materials as long as you buy the right parts. At first, I brought in synthetic oil that they said was specific to cold weathers rather than all-season. So they gave me the opportunity to no have their oil poured in, but rather, go buy the right type of oil (all-season) since they knew I wanted that. That was a great gesture of them and I appreciate their honesty. The customer service was top notch and they didn't mind me watching them work on my car by standing outside the work zone. There's also a waiting area inside the shop with coffee and TV. I would recommend anyone to get their car fixed here because they don't nickel and dime you, but rather, tell you the straight facts about your car's issue and let you decide what to do before working on your car.

My experience ordering a vehicle through Gresham Ford. I submitted the build sheet and was sent a…read morepreview to sign and return which I did quickly and was told by Sales Manager David Miller that the order was submitted and was all good to go. I never received a confirmation from Ford and repeatedly called, emailed and texted David and the sales rep to verify the order was in and approved but was dismissed with "it's in and good trust me". I was believing that but it was weeks later I finally received email from David saying my order was in the system originally but when he checked again it had disappeared! He was blaming Ford for taking too many orders and Ford may have purged all orders from Sunday and Monday. I was sceptical that would happen randomly without explanation and did not to any others I know of who ordered on those two days. How that happened I was never told. My order was for a 2023 Maverick and the order book was only open for a few days so I had no chance to re order until 2024 order books open. I went In knowing it was going to be a long wait to receive the truck if it was even built at all considering the supply issues and overwhelming demand but to not even get the chance to be in line after doing my part as asked is frustrating. I relied on reviews on this site and others and was really disappointed. UPDATE: 10/23/22 I was contacted by Sales Manager David Miller with information regarding my order and I feel that it was the fault of Ford that my order disappeared and he offered me an order that had been cancelled by someone else. He says it has been modified to my specifications so we will wait and see what happens. He seems to be trying to make things right and I will give him the benefit of the doubt. I am satisfied by the way things are progressing so far regarding my interactions with Gresham Ford and now it's up to Ford to schedule and build it. UPDATE: On 5/18/2023 my Maverick has been scheduled for July production and all is going as hoped so far. Hopefully there will be no further issues. David Miller has been great to work with after the initial confusion and getting it sorted out. My thanks for he and Damon getting it this far! Update 8/31/23 After 346 days my new Maverick Lariat Hybrid was in my possession and the delivery process as well as communication from David and Damon was great as was the final paperwork and delivery. Couldn't be happier with the process by Gresham Ford after the initial snafu and love the truck!! Thank You Lotta, David, Damon and Alex!

I also learned that this is where all the car rental places take vehicles to be repaired. They have kept our 1994 Altima running solid for all that time, and I never once felt like they were dishonest or tried to upsell me. And one time for $350 they restored my BMW's transmission to essentially brand new with a filter replacement, when the "specialists" and the dealer both told me the whole transmission needed to be replaced for $2000-4000 (depending on rebuilt or new). Like seriously, they saved me at leasy $1650 on just that one job. Another time, on that same BMW, after a stoner dented my left fender severely, McCollum's body shop completely restored it to 100% brand new condition. Like, you literally cannot tell that anything happened to the vehicle. Amazing. The only problem with McCollum's is that they still have the same small location as 20 years ago, but it seems that more and more people have found out about them. So, sometimes there can be a bit of delay if you don't set up an appointment in advance, according to my girlfriend. (I myself have never experienced this first hand, but I can believe it). That being said, I don't really see this as a problem because, well, it just shows you how good they are.

They fixed the exhaust and a told me they did a diagnostic and found what was wrong and claimed to fix it, but they had said if the check engine light came back on to bring it back in. We paid for 3 hours of work, but it was done in a hour. The $766.19 included a $225 diagnostic fee. The light came back on, so I took it back in like they said and was told that it would be another $225 to run a diagnostic. I told them I already paid for that last week and they said they fixed the problem. They talked to me like I was stupid and belittled me in front of another customer. I left and went to O'really auto parts and had them run a free diagnostic and the code was the same as they claimed to fix last week and tried to charge me another $225 for. I used to recommend Meineke, but now I caution anybody thinking about getting work done through them. I am disabled and can't do the work myself and my parents are the same, so shame on them for taking advantage of people. They didn't fix the problem in the first place and they want another $225 just to check to see what's going on obviously they don't know what's going on so I will take it somewhere else that they do know.
