In fact it said pads were replaced. After driving the car home the brakes started squealing bad. After removing the rear wheels the rotors were visibly shot and beyond their life. Honda marysville refused to take any accountability for the worn rotors and would do nothing to help aside from selling rotors at cost to me. If they can't identify bad rotors, how can you trust they actually check what they say they do. The lack of professionalism is sad. Be weary when you buy used from this dealership.
