I found that surprising since my car is only three years old, has 45,000 miles, and I've never had any trouble starting it. Richard came out to check both my battery and alternator, and I was incredibly impressed by his attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was testing and why, which I truly appreciated. Lo and behold, my battery and alternator were both perfectly fine! His honesty and thoroughness really stood out to me. Honesty and integrity are so important, and Richard demonstrated both.
