An atrocious experience. Due to the overwhelmingly unnecessarily complicated packaging, installing floor mats purchased from this location left me with a gash on my thumb that bled profusely. This will never be open on time. woman watched me the to open the door and went back to typing in her computer. couldn't even acknowledge me and the other customers waiting after the 7:30 open time. another employee came up and knocked on the door and the same employee opened the door slightly for the other employee and when I took a step forward she shut the door and locked it without saying a word to us waiting our side. I stopped in to get new windshield wiper blades. I didn't know the size or kind I needed. Marcus was such an amazing help! Not only did he help me remove and install my blades but gave me a hack to keep them from tearing and refilled my wiper fluid for me! Best service I've had at an AutoZone! This place is always severely understaffed. I believe it is the AutoZone business model. I've come twice for extremely common bulbs and they didn't have them in stock. If they have what you want and you get in line, bring snacks because you'll be there for a while. Somebody at AutoZone decided that we were actually going to use self check out... I just had a really weird experience. I went in for a wiper and got in line. there was a single line f two registers. when I got to the front I went to a girls side where she helped me get a wiper but when I pulled out cash she told me go to him. So I went to him behind someone he was helping and when he finished with that customer he ran to another register. im thinking ok he is working two. He finished a customer but then brought another guy in front of me at my register. so I get to the front ag and he zips to the next register. by this time people in the store are looking at me and looking at him and feeling bad. a man offered me to go in front of him but the guy took the item from his hand and started ringing as if to say no. The girl looked at my puzzled face and finally came to my register to sell me the wiper. I went out quietly just confused wondering if I smelled bad or something I mean I did just fini bathing dogs but can it really be worse than some working men ? I honestly just have no idea what all that was about but I'll definitely steer clear of there. read more

I came here today to purchase replacement windshield wipers. I must say that most of the staff here is flat out rude and seems to not realize they are at work. I asked the manager who was standing at the cash register about needing help finding specific windshield wipers for my car and she rudely replied "I'm not on the clock you can go ask someone else". So now Im saying to myself well she must be having a bad day oookay, so I saw another very young guy and asked if he could help me determine the right wipers for my car, he looks it up in the system and tells me 19 and 26. So I find the aisle thay the wipers are in and notice that there are different kinds 19 A and 19 OE . I ask the young kid what's the difference and he looks at the wipers and just rudely walks by. Wow! So now I'm fustrated and just when I was ready to walk out the store, thats when this very super nice guy ask me if I'm alright and kindly explains the difference between the wipers, he even told me that he would put them on for me and he did! I wished that I got his name so I could give him a shout out but overall Autozone your getting three stars because only one of your staff recognized effective customer service. My wife just left this AutoZone this evening, attempting to buy a battery. It was 33 degrees outside and her battery died. When she went in to buy a battery she asked them to install it. The manager, Andrew B., told her they did not have the manpower to install the battery and told her she could do it herself. The cashier then brought the battery to the curb and sat it next to her car. So there was a manager and a cashier. One of them could bring it out to the car, but there wasn't enough "manpower" to install something that the manager told her she could do alone. I have been to AutoZone on numerous occasions, mostly to buy batteries, and I have never been told to install it myself. That's why you go to AutoZone is for the customer service. As a matter of fact, my last four batteries were installed from THIS AutoZone, and there's usually only two people on staff, especially if you go in the evening. Still, someone comes out and installs the new battery and takes the old one. It takes 5 mins. I do not know what Andrew B's problem is, but a customer, especially not a female, should not have a battery brought to her car and told she has to install it herself, at night, in 33 degree weather. This AutoZone used to be my go to. Not anymore. My wife should not have been turned away. read more

Went after noticing I was low on a few of my necessary liquids in my car. Walked in and was warmly greeted by a cashier. Found what I was looking for except for windshield wiper fluid. My face must have communicated I was confused since the same cashier (Renee) instantly came to my rescue and even pointed out a brand that was on sale. She kindly checked me out and I was on my way. The whole experience was less than 3 minutes and was extremely pleasant because of Renee. Not that I need auto stuff often (calling it stuff proves this point) but if I do, I know where to go. read more

I had a horrible experience on the phone with Louis, he started yelling at me because I asked if he could physically check if a part was in stock. When I came into the store to purchase the part I complained to the assistant store manager Cornell about the phone conversation and he said the employee shouldn't have to go check if a part was in stock, and told me "I was doing too much talking." I had a horrible experience and will never shop at this autozone again. read more

What the heck is going on here. There is no line for checkout, the representatives that I saw working the counter didn't seem at all interested in helping anyone out. When it's time to pay you decide cash or credit card. Then you have to go to a different register depending on your response. They are so unorganized and Unprofessional it hurts being here. Went here to pick up some oil for my car the other day. They have a decent selection of items, and had exactly what I needed. The one thing I didn't like was the staff nobody seemed very friendly. When i walked in i saw 3 employees standing behind the counter not one of them greeted me or asked if i needed help with anything. I walked around the store found the oil i was looking for and went to check out but nobody was at the register. Two employees where standing behind the repair desk talking. After about 3 minutes one of them came over and assisted me and was very nice. Overall its a decent store to get essentials for your car. read more

We had an emergency in my sister-in-law's car tonight. When we started on our trip, the car had one headlight, and when it was time to return home, we discovered we had no headlights. (We are visiting from out of state.) It was a few minutes before closing time when we called this Auto Zone and asked for help. We were less than a mile away. They said they couldn't help us, as they had "just locked the doors." We were forced to drive six miles without headlights to seek help at the local Walmart. It wouldn't have taken more than a couple minutes to help us. What losers!!! read more

Horrible experience. I went in looking at wax for my car. I ask the woman restocking shelves and singing loudly what the best option was. She rudely told me she doesn't clean her own car and that *she* is able to go get it detailed. Horrible store and customer service all the way to the top. I was there to get a battery around a year ago for my jeep when I saw a sign that said they install them when you purchase from them. I went to the counter and a very rude employee who happened to be a African American women asked what kind of car I had so she could get the correct battery for me. I politely told her and asked if she could install it or have someone install it because I saw they do free installs. She said "probably not and it's under our discretion whether we want to install it or not". So she gets the battery and as we are walking to my car that she hasn't even seen yet says "I can tell you right now that under my discretion I am not going to install this battery in your car and you white people are just lazy and can't do anything for yourselves". At that point I was so appalled I told her I didn't want the battery and I would go elsewhere. I called corporate headquarters for autozone 3 times and left a voicemail all 3 times, because that's all you can do when you call their corporate headquarters and never got a response. Now today I'm calling that exact same store to give them another chance for another part for my other car and was told to call back after being on hold for 13 minutes. Now I've been on hold for 20 minutes and am just going to hang up. I shouldn't ever have tried to give them another chance after the racial slur I got from them a year ago. Horrible, horrible company. Will never buy from them again. read more

Went to this store yesterday (12/13/15) to get a light for my car. The guy who waited on me at the counter who looked up the light number I needed was awful. He gave me the light number I needed and when I asked for assistance in finding it he refused to. He just pointed to the aisle and that was it. There wasn't anyone waiting behind me or on the phone so he could've assisted me. Who tells a customer they can't assist them in the store. What kind of customer service was that. He obviously shouldn't be working there if he lacks the basic retail need - customer service. I've been going to this location for a few years because they guys in there have always been glad to assist me with getting the right parts. Guess I should start finding another parts store who prides themselves on customer service and a friendly disposition.
