As he selected "flat repair" a window appeared with "$20" for payment. I saw he changed the cost from $20 to $40. Blatant rip off! In the past, I've paid $15, $20 for flat reapirs. Never $40. If a flat cots $40, I can't imagine brakes or oil change. Go somewhere else for your repairs.

Purely a rip off. Tires are in great condition. They want me to change tires in their shop. We did not get a sticker there but paid the full price. We then went to a dealer shop. No problem. Got a sticker right away. Just went to a third shop for a re-check. The third shop said no problem for the tires, as well. I am sure you don't want to pay someone to screw you up. =========================================== Oct-07-2021 The comment was made 3 weeks ago. For some reason, the comment was made in Google but was invisible. Who knows what this crazy guy did to the post? The manager of the shop replied. He purely lied to people. My car runs great and nothing wrong with the tires. I got the stickers from big certified shops. The truth is that this manager forced me to change tires in his shop to get the inspection sticker. He has been extremely mean at me and kept lying to people even in the public space. 1. I made the appointment at 8am. You agreed the appointment. But you made me wait for 30minutes. It is not my mistake to come to your car shop on time. It is your fault to break your appointment. Shameless! 2. My tires have not problem. Multiple car shops, including Honda dealers approved my car. I got the sticker. You forced me to change tires in your shop to get a sticker. You just want to make money. My car had only run 36000miles. The tires have many miles on them. Are you kidding me? 3. You run a shop to make money. But your heart is dirty, so is your money. Try to do the right thing. Extremely Disappointed -- Three-Time Customer…read more I have purchased three vehicles from Wilkie Lexus in Bryn Mawr, PA, and after this experience, I will never buy another vehicle from them again. I haven't even owned my latest Lexus for a year, and it has already had multiple significant issues. Two months after purchasing it, the clear coat began peeling. Later, I brought it in for service and was given a long list of repairs, which thankfully were covered under the Certified Pre-Owned warranty. Then the A/C stopped working. Wilkie Lexus diagnosed the problem as a damaged condenser and told me it would cost approximately $2,500, claiming it was physical damage from rocks and therefore not covered by warranty. I declined the repair and paid their $265 diagnostic fee to take the vehicle elsewhere. Another certified mechanic determined that the condenser was not the problem at all. The actual issue was a cracked coolant line under the hood. I had already paid to replace a condenser that didn't need to be replaced. What disappointed me most was Wilkie Lexus' refusal to take any responsibility after their diagnosis turned out to be incorrect. After buying three vehicles from this dealership, I expected professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Instead, I left feeling like I was dealing with used-car salesmen rather than a luxury dealership. Wilkie Lexus has permanently lost my trust and my business.

HOWEVER, I recently called to have a potential end-of-life check done on my car, and I was told it would be done, I wouldn't be charged, and I authorized no further work. The specific check I requested was simply for someone to drive my car up the street, and let me know the origin of the noise it was making. *NO FURTHER WORK WAS AUTHORUZED.* I ended up being charged for both the check, and light replacements that I hadn't authorized, which totaled out to almost 200 dollars. This is behavior I'd expect from a shop being run out of someone's garage, and not an established shop where I've brought my car for service on multiple occasions. I am now almost 200 dollars further away from being able to pay for the repairs, and this might clinch my decision to get rid of my car, which is absolutely disastrous for my life. Shame on you Shame on you twice for posting a dishonest response elsewhere.

Then, as it seems to be the norm with chain auto shops a new manager took over once the original manager got the place up and running. With the new manager now running the shop I got an inspection and oil change with no surprises. Fast service with an appointment and no upsells. But, when I went to leave my TPMS said my tires were at 50 psi instead of the recommended 32 psi. I was told maybe my sensors needed to be recalibrated, but I told them I just checked my tire pressure the night before and the TPMS agreed with the pump pressure setting of 32 psi. A tech came out with an old fashioned mechanical gauge and sure enough it showed 50 psi. All I got was an oops, I guess I need to send the digital gauge aback for repairs and they let some air out of my tires That was not good, but forgivable. But then apparently another manager took over and that's when things went bad. I made an online appointment for an inspection at 10 am noting that I'd wait. When I arrived I was told they were swamped with drop offs and might not be able to get to me before noon when they went to lunch, and even then if there were any issues they might not finish that day so I should get a ride home and they'd call when it was done. I asked why do they allow scheduling an appointment if drop offs get first priority. He said that's just how they do it. I left and got my car inspected at a different shop, and was in and out in about an hour. A few days later I got an email with a survey about my "service" and the first question was would I recommend them. I answered 'No' and before allowing me to enter a reason why I got kicked off the survey and the link went dead. I guess if the website doesn't allow people to give bad reviews, they'll never get a bad review.
