Saved Me from a Costly Mistake -- Highly Recommend!…read more I live out of state and was considering purchasing a 2021 Ford F-450 from a , so I hired Martin's Auto Tech to perform a pre-sales inspection. Their thorough and honest evaluation uncovered a long list of mechanical and cosmetic issues that the dealership failed to disclose -- and ultimately saved me from buying a ticking time bomb. They found replaced front fenders, bumper, and hood with overspray and missed paint areas, missing mud flaps, wheel center caps, and antenna, a broken mirror, and brake pads barely passing at 4/32. Even more concerning were leaking front axle seals, an upper oil pan leak with residue on the lower pan (which requires the engine to be pulled to repair), and two open recalls that hadn't been addressed. Their attention to detail and clear communication gave me peace of mind and likely saved me thousands in future repairs. If you're buying a vehicle -- especially remotely -- I highly recommend Martin's Auto Tech . Their integrity and expertise are second to none.

Best auto shop I've ever dealt with. I've brought my car in twice, and both times they exceeded my…read moreexpectations. Very female-friendly (shoutout to Jenna, the service writer) and they have shop dogs! Prices are so fair I almost feel bad paying them so little. The first time was to address an issue with my brakes. Two different shops had failed to diagnose the problem correctly. Martin's figured out a previous shop had installed my brake pads backwards and corrected the problem. The second was for what turned out to be a bad body control module. Since the module has to be reprogrammed by the dealer, they recommended I have the whole job done at the dealership. This cost them money, because they could have replaced the module and then left me to deal with getting it reprogrammed, but since it would be easier for me to get the whole job done at the dealership, that's what they recommended. Wish I could give them six stars. Did I mention the dogs?

Nobody's gonna believe me when I post this but this is the best chicken I've had almost ever in my…read morelife. This chicken is juicy and moist and packs tons of flavor. Like I said nobody would ever believe this chicken came from a gas station. If you're ever in the area of Leonard town Maryland I would highly suggest you stop at this gas station and get a piece of baked chicken. I thought I also might add the fried chicken is on point also and very juicy

I have to say any other time I have been here, the young employees have been nice. Today, was not…read morethe case. The older woman who was at the register was neither friendly nor communicative. When approaching the counter she was engrossed in her writing and didn't bother to look up. With her head down, she said "ma'am" and I asked her politely if I could get $25 on pump four, she didn't say anything and took my cash. She then proceeded to check the two 20 bills I gave her with the marker (totally fine) but felt the need to examine them further by flipping them and making sure they were still valid bills. I could understand this if I were paying a large sum of money, but this was not the case. After checking the bills thoroughly and getting my change she handed me back my change without looking up or saying anything. No thank you, have a nice day, bye or even a look of disgust. I must say that I will not be returning to this gas station and will go out of my way to take my business elsewhere. I'm not sure if this woman was having a bad day (she helped the woman in front of me with great pleasure) or if she just doesn't like people of color. Nonetheless, I don't support behavior like this from anyone and will not be back.

BlueCruise expired after three months even though I bought a lifetime subscription. I reached out…read moreat least 8 times over the second and third month and was assured it was being remedied. They were happy to take my $2500+ but order was not processed successfully until one week following the three month expiration. Original buying experience was good but very much overshadowed by inadequate follow up to deliver as promised

My past recommendation of this auto repair side to the dealership is withdrawn…read more This service center had been my "go-to" for 31 years (since 1994). The previous front desk staff were always professional, easy to work with, and--most importantly--trustworthy. Unfortunately, the new front desk team is a different story: untrained, borderline hostile, and careless when it comes to customer safety. Here's what happened during my most recent visit: * Low brake fluid was noted, but instead of properly diagnosing the cause, the tech told me, "We didn't want to overfill it and have it all over the engine compartment." In reality, my brakes were worn well beyond Ford's safe limits--yet they were marked "green/good to go" on the inspection. My safety (and yours) clearly didn't matter. * Tire pressure was wrong on all four tires--2-3 PSI below spec--and all valve stem caps were corroded and frozen in place. This was also marked "green/good to go" on their checklist. I had to pay over $250 for parts and labor to replace them. Again, safety ignored. * Engine cover bolts were missing when I checked under the hood later. The cover doesn't need to be removed for an oil change, so there's no reason it should have been loose--yet I now have to spend $12 to replace the hardware. After decades of loyalty, my recommendation for this service center is withdrawn--permanently. I will never bring my car here again, and this experience means I will also never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Good luck, sales department. Old review from years ago: AMAZING SERVICE AS ALWAYS! First off here's the link to redeem Ford rebates: https://www.ford.com/support/service-maintenance/service-rebates/redeem-rebates/ Great job service department for getting me in and out today! Second This service center has been my "go to" for 20 years! The service manager is very easy to work with and most importantly Trustworthy! This Ford dealer is not the closets, but it is the one I drive to for the way they treat their customers.
