The owner, who I believe works the front reception area is always super nice and very prompt at returning messages. They have different levels of 3M tint here: Crystalline Ceramic IR Color Stable Obsidian Series Playing with the heat level display which gives you a tactile feeling of the heat transmissions of the tint, it felt like Crystalline blocked the most heat.

Bought a house where the previous owner had the windows done with A&M. I was doing a repaint…read morerecently of the entire house. I noticed when I placed my hand between the window and RO I could feel air coming through between the window and wall. I pulled away the "filler strip" and noticed they placed absolutely no insulation of any type between the window and opening. I was repainting my family room. The family room has two windows. I pulled all the "filler strips" off both windows and only one side of one window had a little bit of pink fiberglass. I sprayed foam insulation between the windows and could feel nothing coming through. Unfortunately that is my 1st story. Now I have to go through every room that was done by A&M and fix their mistakes. In addition they used shitty caulking. I'm replacing with silicone caulking for windows. On one instance I see they ran out of filer strips. they cut the filler strip in half and just joined them together. In addition they only used 2 screws to install my windows into the RO v.s. 4 screws (since they are four holes. They also used no shims. Pretty shoddy work. That's why I do all my own work.

I worked in selling the auto parts for a long enough time to know this is one type of part (oil filter) that can be easily cross referenced. They were either incompetent or ignorant and I now shop elswhere.
