Was told my alternator was bad. Drive it home and have it towed to a shop he said. So That I did. Towed to dealer on a Sunday. Monday evening got a call that all it needed was a new battery. Tina is the WOMAN! After I got my oil changed and was told my battery was low like 127cc low. It should be at like 350-400cc. Not so good! I knew something was up, ruby ( my car ) was having some troubles starting most days and a lot of people kept giving me some high beam action. I would yell at them through the car like a crazy person... haha who's the crazy person now amanda. Doink! Great service from the manager, Tina! She tested my battery to make sure it was low and actually swapped it out with the old one and tested everything and it took less than 20min. She did notify me if she had any other customers she would have to go back inside. Very responsible of her store and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate her time and energy. She showed me how to change out a better so I can feel more confident on doing so if this problem happens again! I highly recommend this store for great service! read more

Vishi Srinivasan: "What kind of obnoxious customer service is this". I entered the store and the owner i.e store mgr started offending me when I told her I needed the electrical system charged. " She said leave the store and pop the hood as if she doesn't want to service me". When I asked her is that a joke. She said never. What kind of customer service is that. This was a little over to talk to me like this which was unacceptable. She didn't even diagnose the steps properly. i.e battery, starter and alternator. This terribly insulted me which was unappreciative and unacceptable. I am calling the district mgr, regional mgr, corporate office, and better business bureau about this matter. She needs to be a little polite instead of being impolite. " I expect a written apology from the store mgr with a $5000.00 gift card along with a 5 page detailed essay that this will never happen again". The whole store including the store mgr will need to start from ground zero in going to elementary school in learning how to give respect for each other then only I will forgive them. "I don't believe and listen to any apologies and I expect people to respect everybody everyday with no second chances at all". Period, period , Period. All other auto parts treated me really good. I stopped in to pick up a few items for my car. Everyone there was very helpful. Very efficient and friendly staff.

Totally screwed up on their oil recommendation for my car. Told me I needed 15-40. The only kind of 15-40 they had was for diesel engines. I have a gasoline engine, but was told that would be fine. I didn't feel right about, so I called my mechanic, who told me never mix oil grades and never put oil made for diesel engines in a gasoline engine. Had I not called him I would have put it in my car. I don't understand how people that work there and should know what they are talking about could be so incompetent. If you don't know what you are talking about, just tell me. Don't make stuff up if you don't really know what you are talking about. Upon returning my 15-40 for 10-40 for gasoline engines I find that it takes 72 hours to get a refund back on my card due to their blunder. It didn't take 72 hours to take it off my card when I purchased the oil. These people not only don't know what they are talking about, but leave no reason to ever do business with them, again! read more

This place sucks. They have one competent guy working there and he's a young man. They have a female I think manager that gave me a hard time when I went to drop off my used diesel oil. She asked if it had gasoline in the oil and I told her it doesn't but there is probably some diesel in it because it's used diesel oil. She told me it can't have gasoline in it and I told here again this was used diesel oil. All oil has a little of the fuel in it. She insisted it can't have anything in it. I insisted it was used oil from my Duramax and she got shitty and said just go. Between her attitude and the overall incompetence of most of the crew here, I will start going to O'Reilly because they have always been able to help me without just punching the keys on the computer. They actually know something about vehicles. read more

What I thought was going to be a long day trying to get rides back and forth to a mechanic AND get to work for something as small as a headlight and brake light out was totally turned around by Tina and Thomas. Tina was super helpful and I didn't feel pressure to buy the most expensive items, instead she showed me the different options and let me pick for myself. THEN she told me they might even be able to install it for me! Thomas looked at my vehicle and replaced the lights within 10 minutes!! I couldn't believe it. They both saved my entire day! I won't go there again. Bought a new battery there last year. A sales guy brings out a meter to check my alternator stating they had to check the alternator every time they sold a new battery. He then told me my alternator was bad and that he could arrange for installation at a nearby garage the next morning. I took my Toyota Camry to Auto Nation Toyota the next morning for an oil change and had them check my alternator. Was advised by them the alternator was charging fine. Haven't had a problem with it since. Had the distinct feeling the salesman was trying to scam me. read more
