I try the door at 7:31 nothing it's locked, I go back to my car to give them a few more minutes, I try the door 5 minutes later at 7:36 and nothing it's still closed. I try the phone to maybe speak to someone to ask if opening time is actually 7:30 am I watch how they ignore my call right infront of my face. It is now 7:46 16 mins past opening time and the door is still locked, regional manager should investigate and terminate responsible individuals and store managers present that allow this level of unprofessional practice. Such a big franchise should not allow employees to tarnish business this way.

I was having to tell him information that he should have known or been able to look up. I came because I saw they offered the service of free installation but he was not knowledgeable on that either. He also tried to sell me three different bulbs saying I could return what I didn't need. At that point I knew I needed to leave. I went right to Advance Auto got the exact bulb I had told the man at O'Reilly's I needed. While checking out the man there confirmed it was the right bulb apologized for me having such a bad experience and gave me a discount. I was able to change the bulb myself which says a lot because I'm a female with long nails. The man at O'Reillys was saying I'd need special tools and warning me if I broke pieces how much they'd cost to replace. All and all a horrible experience!!!

You really need to be careful when you come here or should I say, who you deal with…read more Gave them a call to get a heads start on a used jack for my 2000 Ford Focus. Told them Ill be there in about an hour. I arrived, talked to the older gentleman who you see as soon as you come in the door. Hoping the part would be ready but it was not. He told me it would be about 20 to 30 minutes before someone could get to it so I had to change my plans really quick. He told me they don't pull parts prior to arriving but on a first come first serve basis. I get it but that would have been nice to know on the phone Prices of parts are inconsistent depending on who you talk to. The younger gentleman tends to go cheaper on prices compared to the older gentleman. Paid $35 for the jack but the younger gentleman would have given it to me for about $25. They don't wear mask but don't discriminate against those who do. Dogs and kids are running around all the time. I think one lady and here kids spend a lot of time there. I recommend waiting in your car, don't wanna get bit by a dog or catch coronavirus. Use cash if you can, they charge a tax for credit. The place is not bad but just know what you're looking for and whats the price prior to arriving. Happy Yelping!

School bus filled with kids could not enter neighborhood to let students out. I understand things happen but the driver didn't even try to move out the way, let alone apologize when I got out to try and get my child..even left the door open at one point making it even harder. We already have not enough buses/drivers and this bus in particular was doing a extra run today. I've heard this company was unprofessional and today proved it!

I stopped in today because my car was acting up.. long story short they were closing in ten minutes…read morebut I asked them desperately to check out my car to see what could be wrong. They ran multiple diagnostic scans on it and checked out everything they could manually.. eventually they figured out the problem and fixed it (no parts were needed just oil and a couple other things). When they were done I said "let's go inside and we can settle up".. they told me no need I didn't owe anything. I offered to tip cash to both individuals that helped... they politely declined. Can not thank them enough!!! I pulled away almost in tears with the care and treatment they gave me!

Stay away. NAPA is a corporation of liars, thieves, and scammers. And this one is just the same…read more Purchased a premium remanufactured alternator in July of 2013 that comes with a lifetime replacement warranty. I reserved it online and picked it up in the store. Here we are, a little over two and a half years later and the alternator dies. No worries, I say underneath the disappointment and frustration of the situation as a whole; the alternator is covered by a lifetime warranty. I can just show them the reservation, take the dead alternator back to the store, and they would be able to scan the barcode, look up the purchase date, verify my information, and replace it under the terms. Sadly, this was NOT the case and is why I will NEVER shop at another NAPA ever again, and will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. I took the defective unit into the store. The unit, I might add, still has the barcode on it. The gentleman at the counter scanned it and said the only alternator of this kind that they sold was back in 2008, and that they would not honor my warranty due to the fact that I've lost the receipt. I even still have the original box and testing readout from when it was sold. NAPA used to stand for quality. Now they simply stand for lying and thievery.
