I came here to get oil, I asked an employee (Jas) which oil I was supposed to get. Her and another employee both go back to grab the oil they bring up 5 quarts of 5w-20, I then ask her if I needed 5.5 quarts cause that's all I could remember and she says I only need 4.5 which didn't sound right to me, I go back to my car and do some research everything is saying I need 5.5 quarts and 0w-20 oil. I go back in to exchange it when another employee looked it up it said "5.5 quarts 0w-20". So I'm confused on where she even got those numbers from. If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service, rude and unwilling to assist. If you need to check on code on your vehicle, be sure to know where you plug in the machine as they do not assist. Overall, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in to buy a new headlight so I could change them out myself after a local car shop told me it would be over $100 to change just one bulb. The store associate Joe sold me some lights and said that he would see if he could replace them himself because he's done it before. He went right to work and found the problem and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Turned out I didn't even need a new light lol. Clean store in side and appears to be neatly stocked. Parking lot is big pretty spacious with plenty of parking slots. Staff is friendly and helpful I came in the daytime so no crowd. Overall appears to be a good place to get your automotive needs meet. read more

She went to the extreme to even laugh and mock me for being upset with her service. When I left the store she came outside to get the license plate of the car I was in. Wasn't even my car. Then she told me she was going to lie to the corporate office and tell them I was demanding for her to pull and hold a part for me.
