NAPA is normally a good store for good parts at fair prices, and this one is no exception. The issue with this store, which results in the average three star rating is that they are decidedly below average in how they execute and how they treat customers. Special order parts? Don't expect a call when it is in. Instead, expect to have to call and then wait on hold to see if they can locate the person who ordered it for you, so they can see if the part has arrived. Next! They are trying to get the customers out of the way so they can move on to their real work. Whatever it takes to make you go away. And opening closing times? Those are general suggestions. Don't expect to actually walk in at eight o'clock. More like five to fifteen minutes later, on a pretty regular basis. So it's a ho-hum attitude toward customer service that earns them the three stars on this review.
