Update: the owner/manager called complaining about their "mechanic" giving a bad review and the shop owner who was working on my truck told him the customer (me) is the one who picked it up, but he would try and find out what was going on, the guy hung up on him. Further Update: When the mechanic went to put in the rear end, he realized they had given me the wrong one. When he contacted them, they said they would only give us the correct one if I deleted my review! These guys have no integrity! These things are clearly normal behavior for them. Bought a motor from these guys off of the internet. They gave me a great price $2700 approx. for a used Ford 6.0 diesel engine with a warranty. It included all the parts I needed and then some. Then the problem. My mechanic took a look at the motor and saw some problems. He work at Ford for many years they were not obvious problems but for him they were noticeable. So we took the heads off and the motor was blown. I called A & A right away and I have to say they were pretty mad we took the motor a part before calling them (which I can see in hind sight). They were obviously disappointed but they did exactly the most I could have expected. They arranged to have it picked up and shipped back to them and I got my money back. The absolute most you can hope for is when things go wrong is that a company will make it right and they did and that is worth 5 stars all day every day.

When I walked into O'Reilly's they were not busy at all. There was exactly 1 customer at the counter. They had more employees present than customers while I wondered down the boring aisles searching with no offer of assistance. I walked out. I went into AutoZone. It was busy with customers. When I didn't know which light to choose the parts manager looked it up for me, went and got it for me and went out to my car and quickly installed it for me. Did I mention the store was busy and I, one of their paying cusomers, was still provided good customer service. I don't spend much time in auto part stores but this is one that I would definitely do business with again.

I would totally understand, but I showed them the confirmation email that my boss had sent me and even offered to call him to verify. They implied that was a criminal committing fraud and that my boss would have to call a separate customer service hotline to change the order. It took 2 days to resolve this. I went to pick up the order today and received no apologies or offer to load the heavy items into my vehicle. You can't expect good customer service anymore, especially at O'Reilly's. Terrible. We will not ever use O'Reilly's as a vendor ever again.
