Glad I did since it turns out the blades were listed online as fitting my car but they didn't in reality as the awesome saleswoman let me know. She showed me the adapter for those blades won't work on my car even though they're listed as such online. She showed me the correct blades which saved me lot of frustration an extra trip back to the store and told me to come back for free instillation (I didn't drive the car that needed blades to the store) if I had trouble getting them on. Fortunately, I was able to install them but appreciated the offer. They're super helpful and knowledgeable here and I'll come back when I need anything for the car.

Located in the same shopping plaza as the Lidl and Hmart. So parking is ok. Started off well, just told them my car make, model, year and they gave me some options. Though the employee didn't really help explain the differences among the battery types beyond just pointing out the prices. Good thing I researched beforehand (CCW, reserve capacity, size, etc). Note: that if you want to keep your old battery they will charge you a $22 core fee. Luckily I didn't want my old battery so I got that fee waived. Not sure why they would charge you extra to allow you to keep your own battery?... But then they tried to remove my old battery. My positive terminal clamps are a little corroded so the bolt holding it tight was pretty stuck. The employee noticed when trying to twist, he was bending the copper to the point that the clamps might snap and they didn't carry them in their store. So he told me that I should bring it to a car shop to have them do it..Seeing that he only tried with a basic wrench and not even a ratchet and didn't try holding the other end with pliers or something, I decided it would be best to take to a professional. But since it was Sun, very few shops were open. I ended up trying my luck at another Advance Auto Parts and had better success. Bottomline - come here for parts, not for their 'expertise'

Driver Chris McGrady responded to my text with a phone call. He was helpful and polite, both on the phone and in person. In order to do so, your driver decided it would be okay to drive on my lawn. When the driver was out of the cabin and at the tail of the towing truck, moving the car off of the ramp, the truck actually moved forward more into the yard. Upon leaving, he drove even further onto my property, cutting the wheels to try and navigate his way out. When confronted by my wife, he said he didn't leave any tracks on the lawn. I beg to differ. We work hard to maintain our property and keep it looking nice. For your driver to unilaterally decide it was okay to do this is absolutely unacceptable. I am not yet fully aware of what actions I have at my disposal here, but I wanted to start by letting you know about this incident and to check with you to see if this is an accurate representation of your company's standards and practices. --- That message was sent to Blair's Towing after I called the company about the incident. They said they would respond to an email sent to info@blairstowing.com. The message was sent to them over a month ago and we have not heard back. It's safe to say that this company doesn't care about people or their property. Avoid using them. There's plenty of other towing companies out there.
