I had a battery that was causing me trouble. It would lose its charge. Went to auto zone.

The Builders Choice kit I bought was the 2017cc model. When it was time to buy the clutch disk, I looked through their online inventory and chose the one labeled for a "2 liter engine". When it arrives I find the dimensions are too big for the fly wheel. So I call them up to explain and ask for how to return it and exchange for one that will fit my needs best. I believe I spoke with Dave. He asked me if I had measured the flywheel prior to ordering. Humbly, I said no. I asked for his advise on which one to exchange it with and his response was, "I don't help people who don't measure things". I explained that now that I had known it was the wrong part I have measured it. That appeased him, I guess, and recommended the one that had an idea would be correct and meet my applications best. He then told me that type 3 or 4 engines are called "2 liter engines". I did buy the clutch from cb but that clarifying information would have been great info to include in the online description to avoid confusion... but that was missing... Hmmm. What a horrible attitude Dave has. I'm sure he's never made a mistake. I don't feel welcome at your shop anymore. I keep his comment in mind for all purchases since then and when there's an opportunity to spend my money elsewhere, I do. Thanks for the advise, dude!
