Business there is always brisk and the work is done ON TIME. You can ask him questions and count on getting intelligent answers and he does not seem (in my experience) to recommend unnecessary procedures for the sake of lining his own pockets. If you have a question while the work is going on, you can FIND him and ask him. And last but not least, he has a cute (can I say that word?) yes, a cute faux fireplace in his waiting area. One more thing: parking area is convenient and safe for autos and for humans. He is a busy, well-appreciated fixture in the Endicott area. His customers all LOVE him...and trust him. I DO.

Staff at the service desk are so damn rude and condescending. I was telling the guy what was wrong with my car and he rolled his eyes at me because i'm a younger woman- but I'm not an idiot! His tone when he said "do you HAVE an appointment with us?" yes, yes I do. "you do know you won't be getting your car back today, right?" yes you dimwit Im aware! So after 3 days I go back to get my car and one of my lights is still on for something they said they fixed.. so boom there I am waiting again for them to fix it, after I paid nearly 2 grand for the repair they didn't do. They also changed my tires and didn't replace my lug caps so I had to drive back AGAIN and ask for them back. Assholes.
