Since I didn't buy the extended warranty ( the car was a year old) from them she wouldn't help. She knew that this car has a guarantee for 5 years or 50000 miles but she didn't tell us. Has to call Cadallic. Don't buy from them. All they want is a sale. Their salesmen are also slick. Awful place. Cadallic from Bert Ogden towed it and will fix if for free. Hacienda Ford sucks!!!!!!
