Service team is great, the advisors are helpful and courteous and they will even drive you home and come pick you up in a brand new Atlas if you need a ride. Their warranty service is seamless and they don't usually tell you no if you have a problem. I will happily use this place for service, and am glad to recommend them to anyone looking for a car and a place to maintain it. Be warned you're paying for a dealer grade oil change and it will be 20-30% higher than AAA, but you're getting manufacturer approved materials and dealer trained techs. They also always wash my car which is a nice touch.

The first appointment with Kelly made me never want to come back due to his attitude towards me so nonchalant and passive but I decided later to get an oil change again at that location. The second appointment he did not even greet me the guy behind him did and handled my appointment. My car alert for oil change came on two days later and honestly I thought it may because Zachery Johnson the mechanic who did the second service did not update the settings who said everything was good in the video I will upload. However, when I got there and spoke with Daryl, the service writer, he said they had no record of my appointment. When I showed him the coupon, he said it does no apply to my car. When I asked how much it would cost, he said $175 plus $45 to reset the oil change on the computer. When I tried to talk with Daryl, he kept coming back to the fine print which said "not all models are included." He was unresponsive when I said that was the Special Value service was what I signed up for, they knew the model when I signed up, and yet sent me the coupon. He kept going back to the vague fine print. I told him to return my key and that this cost the dealership my good will.

On my last project, they spent several days and rode with us multiple times to diagnose a problem I thought was a major suspension issue. They said the issue was with the exhaust and once they found the problem they were able to address it by simply doing some bending and tightening. So they charged me nothing!
