I didn't even notice it until I pulled up in my driveway and only one side of the back of my son's Jeep was lit up from my headlights. I knew I had get that fixed ASAP. So, we called O'Reilly and they told us that they sell the headlights, and they will also install it if they aren't busy and the weather isn't bad. Awesome! Sure enough, we went and bought a set of two (in case the other blows out) and the girl checking us out also sold us a tiny packet of grease, which keeps the moisture out and helps with the connection. We sure wouldn't have know we needed that. We paid our $34 and walked out and she put the new light in for us. Easy peasy! If I need anything minor like that in the future, I will definitely return to O'Reilly's.

This is from the service manager, the "write-up" guys and the guys that actually work on the vehicles, or perhaps I should say "should work on the vehiicles". A JOKE. They seem to think any problem can be solved by lL"waiting" until it becomes a major warranty issue. And then they will delay that. My 2017 Buick enclave check engine light was on. I took the car to Tameron Buick GMC in Daphne, AL…read more for repairs. They diagnosed the problem as "Inspected found P0302 for cylinder 2 miss fire. Inspected found that the cylinder 2 coil has a broken two clip on it. Rec. to replace coil, inspected cylinder two, removed spark plug and found that the piston head had damage to it. Rec. to replace engine assembly due to internal failure to piston head." Est cost $11933.02 plus tax. I took the car to a local garage. They replaced the spark plugs, #2 ignition coil, and reset the PCM. They told me they did a compression test, scoped the cylinder and noted some carbon, other than that, everything was fine. Car runs great. If you take your car to Tameron Buick GMC, I'd get a second opinion before having them complete any major repairs.

Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.
