They took almost all day to grind the rotors and gave me the wrong front brake pads which caused me to drive the 12 miles back to them (1 way). So why the positive review you ask? The correct brake pads were 5 dollars higher but they only charged me the original cost and they gave me a deep discount on the overall bill for taking too long On turning the rotors. All companies make mistakes but O'Reilys in Corydon does their best to rectify theirs.

Went back and got it replaced after a big headache. Found out the oil they recommended was also the wrong oil after it was already changed. Went in and spoke to the manager (Jeff) and was told " too bad, you should have looked it up yourself I guess, I don't take back used oil even if it was in only 2 days...I'd just leave it in, it prolly won't hurt anything 10w30 and 5w30 are basically the same thing". Sucks to think your being guided by an expert and then when they steer you wrong just say sorry buddy. This guy has a horrible attitude and should not be employed in this position. I have spent thousands of $$ in this store and am disappointed this has to be the end, but I refuse to support bad business practices.

Beware!!! I paid for my Roll-N-Lock bed cover with a credit card and was charged a $67.24 check out…read morefee. Did not discover this until I got home. Returned next day to ask for a credit and would write a check instead of using a credit card for payment. Request denied. There were inconspicuous notices on door and counter but no verbal reminder given before payment was made. I am satisfied with the Roll-N-Lock bed cover but irritated I was not given the opportunity to correct my payment method.

I was informed that the alignment I had perforated another location needed to be fixed!! I will not hesitate to do all my business with this friendly dealership. They make you feel like family - especially being the first time I ever stepped foot inside!!!
