That makes me suspect of the owners integrity writing a review and trying to make it look like he was a customer. Too funny. I did buy a part there a while back and that was after checking many online places like ebay, amazon etc etc. The online price was so close to island parts price it was clear they compete well with outher parts stores. I will stay a customer as I live about 2 miles away. try them and see for yourself. Do the comparisons you'll see they are worth being a customer.

I spoke with the manager at that time who did apologize and personally cleaned up the mess. Wanted to give them a second chance so I took it back for another oil change and when I picked up my car the battery was dead. One of the guys had to jump the car to start it and told me I needed to replace the battery. Never had any issues with battery prior to this oil change. Understandable the battery is just about to hit 4 years but it was obvious a light was left on that drained it. They tested the battery life and told me it says it needs replacement. I'll be purchasing that elsewhere considering the terrible service this auto center has given me. It took getting a manager involved to even admit that the battery must have been drained this way. The initial employee who helped me took no responsibility and made it seem as if the battery just happened to "give out" at the exact moment I left my car for servicing there meanwhile I've never had an issue prior.

"Bring it back for any problems" I was told. Of course, the sunroof stopped working and when I returned they held my car for a week and never repaired it. Mike apparently didn't know how to call my insurance company to get the warranty info and he blamed the problem on me! He said I was supposed to "clean the tracks" of the sunroof! What? When I called him out on it he became confrontational and abrasive. I couldn't believe this guy was allowed to speak to customers. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused. Red flag, no accountability whatsoever. I was told he didn't even live in NY! The office manager took over and was very polite but it was just a show to get my car out of there. Henry lied to me, telling me he would follow up with insurance and get back to me. That was three weeks ago. It's clear they don't respect their customers and don't stand by their work. It needed a drive belt and since the transmission was different then the one that came with it originally, owner's manuals were useless. I pulled off the old belt and went to the store. They were very helpful and measured the belt as well as gave me some tips and tricks. They ordered multiple sizes to reduce down time and trips. They told me as long as I didn't damage the belts I could return them. One of the belts they ordered was correct. While I was there I grabbed some spark plugs. Local small engine repair shop was charging my $10 a plug these guys same plug for $3! Will be back!
