Called around to find the best bang for my buck to get a new battery for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I spoke with a rep at this Autozone who went over my options. He patiently answered all of my questions, and despite them not having the lowest price, they did have the best quality available with the strongest warranty. To top it all off they installed everything for FREE and tested my alternator (which was fine) for FREE as well. Then at the end they gave me $5 back in cash for my old battery! Couldn't have had a better expierience! I would definitely recommend this business. read more

I seriously hate this Autozone. I try to be really understanding of the retail environment being that I used to live and breathe retail for a long time but they seriously do not care about customer service . They are understaffed and are very standoff-ish when you ask for help or recommendations. I have only had 1 person be nice and helpful to me . I also think that the little staff that they have is not really trained to help customers out with vehicle or technical questions it's like they expect you to go in and know everything . read more

There is always long lines and not enough employees here. Assistant manager just talking on the phone and drinking juice while her lines pile up. Need better training on car questions and training on there attitude. Better off going across the street to advance auto. Better customer service and professional. Short line as well. read more

I come here a lot because they are closer to me"unfortunately " , every time I'm here it seem like they are busy because of there long lines but it's mostly because they have 6 people working and one person helping customers, even the manager is usually pacing around doing nothing. Do they not realize you need to put customers first and all work together to get the " line out" that's where your money comes from , not stocking shelves and hiding in the office read more

Not my regular auto zone I go too but I was in the neighborhood. I went into auto zone to buy supplies to do a brake change. I brought a blow torch kit and a propane tank. When I came home to assemble the torch kit there were parts missing! I had a feeling to check the box before making the purchase. I had to drive to another auto zone to get a refund. The store seem under staffed, they had one person doing the register and the other worker helping someone with there battery. It's a clean store but will probably stick with my regular one I go too! read more

My family has always gone to AutoZone, so I found the nearest one and started going there when I needed things for my car. After a few years, I've realized that this particular store is not really that great. It's not a bad place, but it's not a good place, either. I'm going to try to find another store. Some examples: Check engine light was on, so I went to get my computer's codes read. They came out to the car and plugged in their reader, but it wasn't compatible. Asked for OEM spark plugs for my car (ACDelco), and only after installing half of them did I realize they gave me the wrong ones (AutoLite). Sure, they're compatible, but they're not what I asked for. Staff is not knowledgeable about the loaner tools or how to use them. I had to find out the product numbers myself because they didn't know how. Borrowed the pressure tester, but the adapter for my car is missing? So there's no way to use it. Borrowed the block tester, but it didn't detect the leak. Fluid was diluted? No one could help me with these. Went to get Head Gasket Fix fluid, but they don't carry it. Other car parts stores do. Went to get a replacement for some brittle emissions hoses that cracked, and they tried to give me some fat rubber hose that wasn't right at all. I asked them to come out and look at my car, but they were too understaffed to leave the desk. They asked me to remove the hose and bring it in to show them, and I ended up breaking it in my attempt. Eventually while waiting or them to help me, I found what I needed myself hanging on the wall. In summary, it's fine if you know exactly which part you need and you've checked online that they have it. Other stores are more helpful though. read more

Went to this location for the first time. First of all parking is terrible. The biggest issue I had, which seems to be a chain issue, is that the staff is not helpful or friendly. I needed something for my car and needed assistance. Getting someone to assist was a challenge and not a good experience. read more

Location is pretty convenient, but the service isn't all that great. Employees spent more time socializing than assisting customers. Lines are short at the registers, but it takes nearly 10-15 minutes to be assisted with checkout. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what, but if you're looking for speedy service, this isn't the place. read more
