I asked if he could look up my name. His reply was "everyone thinks their name is unique " I then asked if he can try my email. His response was a waive of his hand saying "one of them can if they want. I guess referring to his coworkers. I never raised my voice or said anything that might offend him, but from the first moment I felt like he didn't want to be bothered. So I stood there trying to figure out what to do next because I paid 250 for the bad battery. Then a young man came into the store " Mr. Olivencia " and immediately asked if he could help me. I explained what happened and he asked for my phone number. He immediately found my purchase receipt. He then checked my battery again and agreed it was bad and spilling acid all over my car. He quickly changed my battery and apologized for the bad experience. That young man is worth a million bucks. His customer service is excellent and if I ever go to that business again and don't see him. I will walk out and not spend a penny. The gentleman who treated me badly was an older gentleman who surprised me because I'd expect him to be the professional and not the young man. Goes to show you, anyone can be great or lousy at their job. I hope Mr Olivencia succeeds in everything he does. The other gentleman should be retired and put to pasture. He obviously doesn't want to work. Just wants to get paid.

I was well on my way, too far to turn back, when brake warning lights started to come on. I stopped at the next safe spot and discovered brake fluid leaking at the left rear wheel. GPS told me an O'Rileys was the closest parts store. Arrived and told the young man (who I later learned was Braiden Patrick) at the counter what my predicament was. He stated by pricing brake hoses for me but said we needed to know which hose it was and offered to come out and take a look for me. To shorten the story a little, he helped determine the it was the piston that was leaking and proceeded to almost completely do the replacement job for me (in the parking lot with some sleet and light snow falling, and with tools from the store). All this without asking for a dime. Needless to say I can not recommend this store highly enough. Talk about going far beyond superior! My experience with Harrell's Tire & Automotive has been an absolute nightmare. I brought my vehicle…read morein due to persistent misfires and specifically chose this shop because they are listed as a Jasper-approved transmission mechanic. What followed was a series of miscommunications, incomplete work, and questionable billing practices. From the start, I was told by Kaleb that a full diagnostic and fuel pump replacement had been completed. I approved the fuel pump replacement based on this information. However, after multiple follow-ups and showing up to pick up my vehicle, I learned the fuel pump was never replaced. Despite being told the vehicle was running smoothly, I paid nearly $900 and received my car back in worse condition--it no longer even turns over. I also provided the necessary parts for the EGR valve replacement, which they ignored. Instead, they charged me $248.32 for their own part, despite clear instructions to use the one I provided. Their response afterward? "Oh, you wanted us to use your part?"--which had already been discussed. I was billed for multiple levels of diagnostics and essentially nickel-and-dimed, yet I never received a single clear diagnostic report. When I requested documentation to justify the work and charges, I received vague responses with no real findings. I followed up repeatedly by email, and no one responded--even now, I still haven't received the information I asked for. Every time I asked for clarification, I was ignored and when finally receiving a response, i was told the issue was now "out of their scope"--but only after hours and only after repeated follow-ups. This is especially misleading since they are listed as a Jasper-certified transmission repair shop, and that's exactly why I brought my vehicle to them. Despite this, they referred me to another shop that isn't even Jasper-approved. What's more, only 1 of the 4 core issues was addressed. No O2 sensor replacement. No proper resolution of misfires. No transmission diagnostics. No fuel pump replacement. The vacuum leak diagnostic is listed on the invoice, but the explanation doesn't make sense--especially when they claimed they couldn't run the car long enough for transmission testing, yet also said a test drive was done. Prior to dropping my vehicle off, it had misfires, but it started and ran. After picking it up, it won't even turn over. The situation is worse now than when I left it with them. Kaleb claimed it was running well right before pickup--but that clearly wasn't true. They are legally required under NDOJ guidelines to provide detailed documentation of diagnostic findings and repairs, and they've failed to do so despite repeated requests. I never expressed confusion. I approved the repairs--I simply wanted a record of why they were needed and what was found. Instead, I was dismissed and told I didn't understand, which is both false and insulting. This shop lacks honesty, transparency, and professionalism. I paid $900 for a car that's now non-functional, received no valid documentation, and was misled about what was done. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop to anyone under any circumstance.

They had replaced the refrigerant and I was good to go but if the A/C went out again to bring it back. On June 3rd, my A/C stopped working again so I took it back to them. When I arrived to drop it off I was wearing my Army PT shorts and the front desk lady came closer, looked me up and down and said: "Look at those legs! I'm glad it's warm outside and that's right, I got no shame." I'm glad my wife wasn't there, cause it would probably have gotten ugly. Anyone would feel flattered with a compliment, but that felt completely out of place and wrong. Now imagine the opposite, I'm the one behind the counter and say that to a lady coming in as a customer? Later on, Bob called me and explained the Condenser was bad and it would cost $775 to replace it. I told him I would have to wait to get it fixed. He charged me again $50 this time which to my surprise would not be counted against the $775 if I brought it back to them. I just got off the phone with Auto Zone and they have a brand new Condenser for $120 w/ lifetime warranty. Called another shop and they can replace it for a fraction of the cost. Best of luck to anyone bringing your vehicle there.

This company said it was his rear Calipers (brake). Really?!? They replaced the rear Calipers, with no consent, did not supply the damaged parts at the end, and charged him over $500.00! Guess what?!? Didn't fix the problem (imagine that!). My son had to take the car to another (honest) repair shop, which diagnosed the problem as the front rotors. Now, I know cars, so the front rotors sound are way more the likely culprit! I am 56 AND HAVE NEVER, EVER, HAD TO REPLACE THE REAR CALIPERS ON ANY VEHICLE I HAVE EVER OWNED. Buyer beware.
