I come here for my oil changes and I have a membership for their car wash. I'm not saying you won't have to wait, but so far anytime I show up for my oil change there's only a small wait time, so after I show up I'll be out within 25 minutes. Also when you bring your car in before the date/or miles, you get $5 off. Also they have military discount! I pay monthly for unlimited use of car wash and vacuums. I believe $25/mo. Very worth it. If you have kids the car wash is very colorful and sudsy. At their vacuums they have glass cleaning spray and interior cleaning spray, with a bunch of microfiber cloths. Love this place. read more

This is based on customer service alone. So it's freezing, my tire pressure alert pops on. I drove into this place this morning to see if they could help me out because I honestly didn't feel like buying a tire pressure gauge and going to the gas station to fill them. Lazy, I know... A young man came right out and filled my tires for me for free. He earned that tip, I was greatful! Side note. The place looked very clean inside and had a nice waiting room. I have used this business for 8 years for lube and wash services. Since management changed hands, there has been one issue after another. My wash service was terminated on one of two vehicles I own, then going in for an oil change-after waiting for 15 minutes, they tell me they do not have the oil for my vehicle. I just called in today to see if they have the oil, and their response was they ordered it today and should be available in a couple of weeks. You lost a loyal customer due to the inefficiency of your establishment. read more

I was coming back from a long road trip and had dead bugs all on my front bumper and grill, plus my window... I took my car to the drive through car wash in hopes of getting my car cleaned. And when I showed up! To my surprise there was a worker there, present with a scrub brush. And without any direction or extra payment. He said "sir you have a lot of bugs on the front of your car, please let me take care of that" he scrubbed Them off prior to me going into the wash. I ended up giving him his well deserved tip at the end. Good service is hard to come by but this young man sure gave me hope! Cheers mate! read more

If you want a quick rinse then go here! When I pay $20+ for a wash I do expect my vehicle to be clean and if you advertise that you get bugs...why are there bugs still on my windshield? Rims are nasty and tire wet looks like a snickers bar was applied to my tires! Not recommending this place to anyone, save your $ and take it somewhere else. read more

I gave this place a try for the first time hoping to take advantage of the free vacuums that come with a full-service oil change. And the vacuums weren't even turned on and there was no sign saying they weren't working. I should have received all the services that come with what I paid for. I definitely won't return. read more

Now here's a company concerned for my safely and wallet! I went in for an oil change and state inspection and found out my oil was new (I forgot) and was asked if I wanted new wiper blades. Turns out it was just a very dirty windshield causing the smearing and I am 2000 miles early for the $69 oil change! Thanks James and Kyle! Great car wash. The boys enjoy the "lava" that cleans the car and the smell of the soaps used that come into the car. The car attendants scrub the gunk off the front of the car (or as much of it as they can) before the wash starts. I'd give 5 stars if those girls would smile every now and then. They always look so miserable. Anyways, after the wash you can pull into a parking spot to use the free vacuums to clean out your ride. It's good to have the inside match the outside, even if you have 4 kiddos that will most likely change that within a day or two. read more

Shell Auto Spa used to be a great place. Ever since the previous manager (Dennis) left, it has gone downhill fast. Wife took her car in on Monday morning for a car wash, waited 40 minutes and turned away because car wash system went down. I arrived Monday evening and there was a line wrapped around to the side of the building. Got up to the gate and car wash system went down. Heard them restart it and two cars went through. After those two, 4 workers were just standing around at the entrance. After 15 minutes, I asked what was going on, not one employee answered or even came up to explain what was going on. Cars at the end of the line started to turn around until no one was left at the paying station gate. Five of us were stuck inside the gate. After another 10 minutes, I asked to speak with a manager. All the workers scattered like mice. Finally someone came back and talked to the two vehicles closest to the entrance. They directed one vehicle out of the way and then pointed to the drive on the side of the building, no explanation, nothing! Stopped and asked how they were going to handle refunds, got no answer. Went around to speak to a manager, he had no clue of what was going on. Absolutely worst service I ever saw in this place. I have given 5 stars previously and high praise, recommend many people to go there. Now that Dennis is gone, if the service does not get better. I will stop using it. read more

Got a oil & filter change. It took about 30 minutes and everything seemed to work ok. I would have given it 5 stars but two of the main employees were a bit immature and trying to out do each other. I would prefer to have more mature acting people working on my vehicle. I believe that there was a manager there but he seemed to stay hidden in his office except for when he went out to check a machine. I think that a good manager could change the attitude of employees and make them efficient, productive and professional. I did like the fact that they gave me a price up front and checked with me before starting the work. They even vacuumed my vehicle and gave me a wash code so that I can get a free car wash within the next week. read more

I've gotten two oil changes here, and the process are about an average. If you get a car wash there you can use the vacuum for free. My only real complaint is the price of their car washes. It's not a touch free kind. Other places with comparable equipment go from about $5 for basic then one or two mid-range then a super deluxe one for $10. Their prices run from $5, to almost $20. Also, the people that guide your car onto the don't even do a bug scrub on your front grill and windshield. I've found that common among other car wash drive-throughs. read more

i have a small change purse that zips up that i keep my fob in. i was told to leave my key in my car so i unzipped my purse took out my fob put it in my center console. the man handed me my fob back with the buttons down the lincoln symbol side up i get in my car drive to my office and noticed the red panic button was missing from my key fob. i go back to the store and the mgr denys that his worker broke my fob. i called the ford dealer to be told the fob replacement is $170. beware of things if you choose to use this store!!!!! this is an expense i will have to suffer because the tech that serviced my car was dishonest. plus the auto spa does not remove the bugs on the front of your vehicle ~ it is a waste of time & the auto spa was free with the oil change & the car was not clean upon completion!! read more

I love this place. Everyone that works here is always friendly and professional. They vacuum out your vehicle and give you a car wash with an oil change. They also don't pressure you to get additional work done, but they do provide a printout of work you can think about for the future and at what mileage. I don't go anywhere else in town. read more
